I have been a subscriber for more than 4 years. I migrated to Mach1 from Joister. My experience has only improved over the years. In the last year, we moved to a new place and they helped us move connection very quickly. The connection quality itself has been amazing. I have not experienced a major downtime at all. Moreover my average ticket count has drastically reduced to below 2 a year, from at least 1 every quarter. I am writing from Mulund, Mumbai. Kudos to the Mach1 team.

While rest of the app does work , initial login using PIN is an issue. It does not login even after entering the PIN. One has to use forgot PIN option, create new PIN ( can be same pin ). Only then it logs in. Need to correct this issue.. Issue still continues despite the latest update..

Please fix your Ticketing on the application. While raising a complain, it just keeps saying 'Swearing is not allowed' even though there are no such words used. "Already restarted the router" this is what I had to remove from my issue description only then the ticket was created. Now what is wrong in this?

The service has been improved but some staff are still the same. Need more etiquette staff to build a better place. Can say a good improvement in last 2 years

Unable to check the usage in the application, please add a graph to display the same as well. Turn around time for complaint has increased and no proper service is provided to the customers now.
