Don't normally leave reviews but this app and setting up the app account with Tommy's is the worst designed interface, especially if you went though a location and did the free month trial. You cannot get past setup screen if your phone number is on file, which it is thanks to the free month. No way past that screen. How can anyone manage their account if they can't login? Literally had to drive to a location to cancel. Spend your money on a membership at a wash that has better IT and app.

There doesn't seem to be any intuitive way to switch back and forth between a 'monthly subscription' and 'pay per wash' on the app, or at least confirm which type of subscription you have. I have no way of confirming if I have a monthly subscription or if it's going to charge me every time I go through the app lane. I am trying to set it up for a monthly unlimited wash. This is very frustrating for a new user who wants to spend money at your location on a regular basis this summer.

The app is very basic which isn't a bad thing. However I had issues first creating an account. The wash just opened and ran a promo for a free wash. I downloaded the app to try it for "pay per wash" and was only able to choose the subscription. Then when I finally got through and made an account WITHOUT a subscription, I am unable to add my vehicles. I am greeted with "Vehiclel license plate is already in use".

The Covington, Louisiana location is a fantastic car wash facility and the personnel are friendly and professional. Being an android phone user I encountered some initial problems when I attempted to cancel my subscription simply due to the fact that we are moving to an area where there are currently no facilities located to use. To the company's credit these issues were settled promptly and I rate the car wash itself 5 stars while giving 4 stars to the app due to initial difficulty.

Sign-ups was pretty easy. The list of all locations shows up only as alphabetical, totally useless unless you are in Aberdeen. Needs to be sorted by distance so I don't have to read all 162 to find one nearest me. Search shows nearest, but no map. A few simple additions, like being able to sort by distance or show all locations within 50 miles on a map would make it much better.

Not able to see the actual details of what's included in each Wash Plan. How do you know what you're paying for. I selected a plan without tire shine intentionally. But I get tire shine that ruins my white lettered tires. I would like to see the details of each plan. But no option to see the details in the app. About cancel and try another carwash sevice. Something so simple overlooked. Ridiculous!

The wash is very inconsistent, I went from paying 24.00 for the works to now 39.00 and the wash is getting less and less sufficient. And the little kit I believe was 3$ now is 5$ and the table with the sprays and rags are not available either. I think it is time for us to brake up unless they can do better. We don't even get a monthly air fresher and I am paying an extra 10 someodd dollars for this. I am not at all happy with the price kick up and the service let down. The app... not sure.

The app works unless you are looking to use a promotional code to begin your subscription. Even when entering the code to initiate, the app failed to apply the code, and charged my credit card the first month. When I tried to make sure it did it correctly, the app then applied the code to an additional month. When I contacted the company they were unwilling to correct the mistake that their app created. Unfortunately, there is no way to use the service apart from the app. Please fix.
