I live in the USA (New Jersey), there is only 1 Jazz station left in the NY/NJ area. I've been listening to Jazz FM, since 2010. Having the app and my external speaker, I have jazz wherever I go., and encourage family and friends, who appreciate good music, to download the app.Because of the internet, I encourage friends in other countries (where applicible) to do the same. Useless. The app itself is...fine. The 'Premium' aspect is the hopeless part. Login ok. Just repeated flyout reminders to opt-in. I've tried twice, with different email addresses to apply, without success, although my subscription was accepted. Email queries have gone unanswered. Not impressed. Bauer are pushing the premium option, but need to get their act together. I'm still listening to Jazzfm, but reluctantly.

Great App, casting lets me play it through my amp (make sure all devices are on the same network frequency, i.e. 2.4 or 5Ghz). App takes a while to load but stable once connected. It doesn't seem to remember my login credentials so I tend to skip login unless I need to login for some functionality and when I stop casting and connect to car Bluetooth or headphones I have to restart the App, but hey, I'm just being pickey now 😁

Love the music and the station but the app is garbage. Listen Live doesn't work unless I close all in my show list. Cannot close shows in my list as they have removed the delete button? ...why ? So I have to play the show to the end then it dissappears. Tried to tune in yesterday and it took at least half an hour to work through all these issues. I guess it changed for premium but if the free version is trash who's going to pay for it. Also cant listen on smart speaker any more GENIUS.

I use this app regularly to listen to live shows. I haven't used it much to listen to shows I've missed. I think the BBC Sounds app seems easier to use for listening to previous shows. When listening to a live show, you can easily see details of the song being played. You can also see the playlist to see what's already been played either the same day or previous days.

Love the station ... Hate the app.... It keeps cutting out for no reason spoiling my listening experience. No other radio app does it on my smart phone and Bluetooth speaker. E.g. BBC Sounds works fine. And I have 'fibre to the house' speeds do it's not bandwidth. I love the station so much I try and put up with the cutting out. But it is seriously irritating.

Love the station, not impressed with app. The music content is great, but the app continues to stop working and cuts out. It's not my speaker/internet connection as they are both working fine, no problem with other music apps. But it's so frustrating. I persist for a few minutes of clearing the cache, shutting it down and reopening, but it's not worth the hassle unfortunately. When it works as I said, content is great, but the constant unreliability doesn't make it worth while trying to listen.
