Ez az alkalmazás lehetővé teszi, hogy a mosási ciklusokat a számlájáról fizesse Bluetooth-kapcsolattal a mosóval vagy szárítóval való kommunikációra.
Egyszerűen használja a Hercules CP Mobile programot hitel vásárlásához közvetlenül az alkalmazásból, majd használja fel ezt a hitelt a mosoda számára. Teljes tranzakció áll rendelkezésre a tranzakciós vásárlási előzmények megtekintéséhez.

This is the worst app I have ever used. I only downloaded it because the Hercules card that I paid for was not accepting more money added to it. The app itself is more unusable than the card. For every 6 minutes I want to add to a dryer, it is a 20-30 second process of waiting for the app to respond to each input. Sometimes the app doesn't connect the machine, so I have to move to a new one mid drying cycle. If you have any other options for laundry, take it.

an app design that's a waste time, and, mainly used to gather information, absolutely no point why it takes me more time to use the app than it does to for me To load the laundry. You also cannot delete your profile once you have one. which means they keep your information internally unless you create a fake email address and shut down your credit cards. AVOID USING!

This app use to work great, now it's having issues processing payments. When you try to add money to your account, it doesn't go through & say contact your bank despite funds being available on your credit card. Even when you change credit & add a new one, its still saying the same thing, that it can't process the transaction. This is a huge inconvenience & extremely annoying when you are simply trying do your laundry & have carried all your bags to the laundry room & have to take them back

The app is great but at first I did not realize that there was an app so I called the customer service to ask if I could load the laundry card over the phone instead of having to go manually add money on the machine which is locked at my apartment at night and the lady said that I would have to wait until my apartments office opened in the morning literally not even mentioning that there was AN APP to do that all. Also, the time remaining on the app is not accurate, but it's awesome otherwise!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The machine charged me money but never started so I had to double pay. Alicia who took the call was very cold and was always mumbling and I could barely hear what she was saying. I asked her to speak a bit clearer and she started shouting. The call kept hanging up so I had to call back several times. I feel so upset that this is the only app I can use in my building.

Much improved, but has to stop trying to turn on/off bluetooth. When using this app, I previously gave it a 1-star review. I still think offline usage is rough, but now that I'm in a new building it's working way better. That said, please please please stop trying to control my Bluetooth. It's nifty, but when my Bluetooth is already on, this app goes and turns it off after connecting to the machine - this shouldn't happen and leads to my Fitbit not syncing for hours if I don't catch it.

This app is super flaky 1) I discovered after a lot of trial and error that I have to hold the phone within a few inches of the QR code on the machine so that the app can communicate over bluetooth. 2) Today, the machine kept guiding me to use the dryer function instead of the washer function. I had entered the correct machine number. Finally I chose one of the preset functions on the washer (normal/delicates), configured that and pressed start. That overrode the bug and got the washer working. Also, it's annoying that every action in the app takes over 5 seconds and I need to login every time I use the app.

List of problems in order of how bad this app is: 1. My card shows no balance at all. I can see my balance just fine on web. Basically the app doesn't do one of the MAIN FUNCTIONS of the app. 2. Can't use the app without giving location permission. You don't need this. 3. Asks me for Bluetooth permissions every time I use the app. This violates Android rules on how you're supposed to so for permissions. 4. I have to log in every time.
