When selecting photos to upload the checks on the photos need to be a brighter, more obvious color like neon green/yellow & not slate blue.... It blends into the photos too much.... 10/22/24 edit: My above suggestion has still not been implemented, major shame. Also, the recent update w/uploading photos is absolutely terrible, the screen goes white & you can't see if the photos are processing & if you leave the app it will crash it. Not enough characters allowed here to explain it more...

When taking photos for our website, the app will flip photos taken at random. It has been very frustrating having to retake multiple photos per car until the app decides not to flip the photo 90 degrees.

I'm tired of the pictures not downloading. It's hit or miss. I am constantly having to uninstall the program only to have to reinstall it. The pictures will usually take then. If you have to erase photos then retake them good luck with this happening. I was happy with the program until the beginning of July. Now, not so much. Wasting a lot of time with it lately. Had to edit my post. I am uninstalling this app again (3rd) time today. App. Picks which pics to download and which not to.

Been using vAuto for years. Lately, there are issues with the apps, along with issues with the integration of the Stockwave app. They DON'T work! I would recommend looking for other options before you sign up with vAuto! - Login issue started since they moved over to the bridge ID login. - The Search function has an issue and I reported it back in July 2020, but still not working. - issue with opening an appraisal from stock wave into provision. Started September 2020 and is not fixed!

This app is the most unreliable app on my phone. I use it mainly as a means of photographing our inventory for our websites along with stocking in used inventory. Randomly crashes and freezes, a lot. Kills my phone battery causing it to die at random percentages. It would also be nice to change the exposure in the camera interface or be able to choose the focus point and it stay there instead of reverting back to center after just a few seconds. Update: now camera uses only lowest settings.

TITANFALL

There is an issue running this app with Galaxy Z Fold 3 running Android 11. Clearing Cache doesn't work but deleting and reinstalling app works but for one vehicle at a time taking pics. I have a Z Fold 2 running Android 10 and it working fine so maybe it's the difference between Android 10 and 11. As soon as you search another stock number it comes up with error and crashes app. Please fix. Thanks

Change it back! - whatever change you made to this app yesterday, March 8th 2021, change it back!!!!! Now photos delay and shoot whenever they want (have to go back and re-shoot multiple failed shots, the focus circle is gone making it harder to center objects perfectly (SUCKS WITH PHOTO OCD), and now the Flash and Grid controls are in the photo frame, ANNOYING, doesn't help at all trying to make sure you have the vehicle in the right frame. prior to this change the app worked ok except on WiFi

The app itself is great, but on an Android device (Galaxy S10+) the image quality is HORRIBLE. It does not matter whether you take the photo inside the app or externally and upload it. Taking the picture in the native camera function if the app leaves an incredibly blurry photo regardless of the camera setting in the app. If you take a picture externally and upload it into the app, it looks like it gets seriously compressed. There has to be a way to make it so our photos look even DECENT.
