Functional but buggy. It doesn't stay on live view for long and randomly stops. It needs to be constantly watched to keep live view going. The software also sets an artificial limit for how much my cameras can move. I have to go all the way in the opposite direction and back to get a view beyond the "limit" very annoying. Recording I set to 3 minutes yet recordings only happen for less than 20 seconds and by then I miss a lot. It works, but sets artificial limits and records poorly.

The surveillance cameras have been unreliable. I frequently have to reconnect them to Wi-Fi or manually power them back on, which requires climbing a ladder to the roof and scanning a QR code. This is very inconvenient. I bought them less than six months ago, but I've had to reset or change the network for five of the six cameras many times. Updating firmware is also difficult. One cable came loose, and the cameras are easily moved by birds. I'm unhappy with the product due to these issues.

This thing has been screwing up lately. Notifications have been coming in very late. Almost 12 hours late. Also, when check the app, I can see the list of recordings for the day but when I click on one, the video flashes for a split second, then I just see a message saying, "No more recordings on this day." But when I navigate back, I still see a 'list' of recordings for the day. It just won't let me watch any of them. I might need to switch to a different company.

My cameras one by one tell me they are offline. This scenario has happened 4 times within the past 5 months. One goes down then a second one and so on. It all happens at once. Cameras still show connected to my Wi-Fi when I check. Also camera still records events and I can watch them even though it says camera not connected to WiFi. Seems to be an app glitch.

Very buggy. It crashes at least once every time I use it. Need better control over the time when alarm function is active. Playback for the SD card is real buggy, does not playback everything on SD card. No browser access. No app reset of device if router powers down. Have to climb ladder grab cam and remove cover press reset and delete cam and add new cam. No support on Dzees website. Update: 1. The addition of the Sleep Mode was needed. However accessing the camera when it is in Sleep Mode turns OFF Sleep Mode. You have to manually turn Sleep Mode back on. 2. The AI Analysis is also a needed function. Again however, I have had a couple of times when the camera was triggered by the passing of a cat. The AI is set to be triggered by People only. 3, I am still having issues with playback of the SD Card recorded data. The App doesn't show All of the recorded data on the Smartphone App. If you remove the SD Card you see more recorded events than is displayed using the App. 4. A Web Browser access to the camera would be very helpful and the lack of that access limits the cameras local interaction. Having the camera up in a Tab or separate browser window would be most helpful. My previous review has still valid response.

The app is ok. Delayed notifications but not horrible. I would be careful about paying. I paid for a year a month ago and now it's telling my my subscription is expiring amd I need to pay again. I have no way to contact them about payment so I'll probably just buy new cameras. I won't pay again. I believe this may also be where my debit card # was stolen from, it was right after I paid for this. Be careful with the money part. The cameras are good and the app is alright just don't pay for it.

This app is useless. It records 10 to 12 videos per hour of things that I don't care about. There is no way to configure the app so it only records important events. It records only 20 seconds per video, not an entire event sent to the class 10 TF card. The ai function is useless. It has no audio alerts in case of breaking of a home or a major event. Their hardware is great but this app gets an F From a guy who is a career software engineer for a major telco

Been using Dzees cameras a couple years now. They have great quality, app is easy to use, the subscription is a reasonable price but one area I have an issue with is trying to view the cameras when I am not at home. There is always an excessively long loading time, the cameras can't connect, or I'm being asked to load in a lower resolution which doesn't work either. If the away from home viewing would connect quickly this would be an easy 5 stars.
