Az alkalmazás elvezeti Önt a következő elérhető Clever töltőállomáshoz, és a következő funkciókat tartalmazza:- a töltés elindítása és leállítása a Clever töltőpontjain, az ügyfélkörülményektől függetlenül.
- Fizessen a terhelésért Google Pay-vel és hitelkártyával
- Clever vásárlóként folyamatosan figyelje fogyasztását, és használja a Clever töltőpad digitális másolatát.
- aktiválja és vezérelje az intelligens töltést a privát töltődobozban.
- hagyományos, gyors és villámgyors töltőállomások (11-300 kW) keresése egyaránt.
- szűrje meg a töltőkártyát az autójához illő csatlakozótípusokkal, és kövesse a gyakran használt töltőállomásokat.
- gyorsan navigálhat a töltőállomásokhoz a Google Maps vagy az autó navigációjának gyorsgombjával.
- lépésről lépésre kaphat utasításokat, ha új típusú töltőállvánnyal találkozik.

We have added an indication of whether the home charge box is offline. If the box stops communicating with Clever for any reason, we can now show this in the app and provide help on how to resolve the issue.

It's a shame it can't have an option to alternatively display in English, for those travelling from outside of Dk., or those whose first language is English. It works fine of course, but all the info is only på dansk.

App constantly asks for access to location which it does not need. Have to login to MitID everytime I charge for it to accept payment. Forced to hold 400kr. for every charge, even though I'm in a hybrid which will never cost more than 50kr. to charge. Has six 400kr reservations on my card at the same time. The map does not show the location of the chargers that I use. Forced to use camera to identify the charging point as there's no ability to type it in.

Slightly frustrating that you can only input credit card info once you are at a charger + there is a surcharge of 224dkk to get started. To make matters worse, during my initial setup it failed twice after I input my credit card info, but 3rd times the charm.. not sure if I've been charged 3 x 224dkk though. Once you've gotten through the hassle of the initial setup it works without a hitch. Suggestion: Add support for adding a credit card at any time, not only while you are at a charger

Honestly - this app experience was a horrid one as you have to add your credit card EVERY SINGLE TIME you want to charge your car. Combined with the slow charging and low quality of the chargers themselves, often they are faulty, or only one of two can be used - none of which you receive information about in the app, the only recommendation I would have is stay away from the Clever app and charging stations in Denmark. Badly executed in the app and low quality and low speed chargers.

This app is junk. Don't get fooled with the pretty looks and style. Interface is garbage, har to zoom in and out. It takes too long to start charging. Of you're lucky the app allowes you to. It randomly stops. And then you have to walk back to the car to start charging again. What is the app for then???

The app is opaque and doesn't provide the necessary information. Once one finished charging, the app shows all (KWh and price). However, one cannot recall such info, and the app only shows an imprecise number of KWh, but no price payed nor precise charge. No invoice is provided for Clever Go, and there is no way to check it. For this reason, Clever (at least Clever Go) looks like it's on the verge of being a scam.

You can start the charging with the app, but that is about it. You should be able to see power output, battery percentage, and there should be a notification saying that you vehicle has finished charging. - As a minimum ! Please draw inspiration from all other charging apps in the world. Also, the app does not register when a Keyfob is being used. So there is no active charging session if you use the keyfob. Jesus, come on..

No experience so far, as I can't access anything but the map via the App, presumably because I can't confirm my Email, weird. Not a good reception for a new customer, who needs to download the App for setting up a digital ladebrik until the real one arrives in the mail.
