For me, BOX NOW is now the only choice! Totally reliable, amazingly fast, fully helpful staff (when needed) and above all... super easy to use! No more "failed delivery attempts". I also very much like the option to extend the pick-up time, which helps in cases when I'm unexpectedly absent. Honestly, I never thought we would have something like this in Greece and Cyprus! Congratulations to BOX NOW! I hope they retain the quality of their service because it is fantastic!

Box Now continuously delivers my packages to the wrong pick up point. This is particularly annoying, because I can't change the pick up point in the app. Also the "open locker" button in the app regularly malfunctions and it's not possible to copy the tracking number from the app.

Total garbage. Ten days after a phony "sent" the parcel on an exchange trade, box now status went from "being delivered" to "missing". Contacted, got even more charged and then asked for a callback. That of course was never done. So, i sent 500$ worth things, to receive nothing and the service is ghosting or sth

It's buggy, it still has as active some completed shipments , others I cannot find, tracking is strange. This is about the app. Boxnow lockers is the best service I have used all those years . The most important thing about it, just works perfectly. It's fast , simple ,24/7 ,and with reasonable cost. They will eventually fix the app (how difficult can it be?) , and some issues with their site. They have gained me as a customer.

My experience is not good... For a start, you do not offer any possibility to set up the application on my PC while you keep referring to my Pad without allowing me to erase it and substituting with another pad or PC... Besides your guidance to sending items abroad(returning items) is confusing to the point of being unusable...

Each time I order goods mainly from Temu the delivery box is in another area of Paphos sometimes a few kilometers away from the designated zip code .It seems the couriour drivers just can't be bothered to go the nearest zip code of my address.I am a disabled 82 yr old and I have to rely on friends as I do not drive.l find your services lacking in many ethics of business management particularly drivers dropping parcels wherever they please.Business great use of modern technology but a no go

Individual tracking is not possible! Force you to log in with your phone number and a code. Can't track if I have parcels registered from different emails and phones! Moreover too much personal datas needed in order to send! So it is definitely a useless app. Better to use the website instead. Also, last package received has been opened by the delivery man who obviously passed his hand inside the parcel in order to steal the content. Thankfully only the internal protection wrapping was damaged!

Awful service. Twice they stole my package and no one from customer service helped me. They kept gaslighting me and didn't want to see who stole my packages. Don't use them. The people that deliver the packages have the codes and get your orders
