1) Even after the update. Nothing changed. 2)It says there will be new offers for christmas promo but when i open the app it is still the old offers nothing new. 3)Even the advent calendar is missing. 4) Some stores aren't in the app. 5) Its hard to use the promo in the kiosk. It is terrible and hard to use app. 6) the application is full of bug. Promo error. Order error. Cant register the coupon or offers when you order in the app even in store.

A new year, and the app still doesn't work. Contacted and communicated the problem and still, the problem is not solved since last year. Bring your business elsewhere people! It doesn't work! Lost all my points. It has been months the app is not working. We called the hotline and just got the same reply every time: yes we know we got a problem and will look into it. Eventhough an email was sent out about expiration of the points, but how do customers claim if the app isn't working. Ridiculous!

The application itself is filled with bugs and undeveloped functions, I wasted my money by picking up a order with the mobile order feature(the app crashed after paying my order).The customer service is awful, nothing has been solver, even thought I sended more than 20 mails during the past six months (yeah You're right Six months before and a refund of 15.7euros hasn't been given.(The customer service will block your mail). Shame,I thought BK was the almost best in Italy,but it turn out to be..

Discounts work, but it's super glitchy. Really hard to scroll between coupons. Worst of all, it utterly brakes my phone after using it. My touch screen just goes crazy, it's extremely frustrating and incredibly difficult to write this review at the moment. Hopefully it will get fixed, each time I use it I have to delete it and restart my phone several times to fix it.

A very useful app that works as it's should, no lags, no problems. The updates were really necessary, cause some time ago it had a lot of connectivity problems. Happy to see that they solved that problem.

The app used to be very nice and loaded with coupons. Handy after a night out anywhere in Italy and when in the mood for a quick bite. But since the last update the app just won't function anymore.

It's incredible how ugly this app is! Simply incredible... It crashes almost everytime I try to order food, it is slow as hell! Even when you touch a tab, it takes 5 seconds to switch pages.

The app used to work fine in the past. However, update after update, it went slower and less usable. At latest update march 4th 2021, it stopped working totally. I'm going to uninstall and forget it.
