i paid for the subscription, but i feel dissapointed with the apps.. 1. always stuck once start up, most likely because the ads, need to close and reopen again. 2. the ads was annoying with the loud sound. the ads frequent is too much for a paid subscription ! 3. live TV always stuck while watching it. need to close and open again to continue watching live tv. to summarize, there was a lot thing to improve for. Hope above given point being taken as part of your apps improvement plan.

Tonton on Android TV still has many things to improve. The ads sometimes stuck for such a long time that I needed to reopen the whole app again. The sounds of the ads are really loud compared to the drama, movie, or live TV, which can probably trigger a heart attack due to shock (my grandma was really shocked many times because of this). Please solve all these issues with the ads efficiently.

Hello Media Prima. I have paid a subscription for Tonton, but why did I encounter ads popping in between drama/movie I watched? Not only that, but after the ads ended, my screen froze, and I have to click back to resume the drama/movie. Isn't a paid subscription supposed to get rid of all that? Disappointing? YES. Please improve the apps, and I have read other users' experiences, and they seem to have bad experience too. Hope your team takes users' complaints seriously.

This app simply just want your money. Not realy care about user experience. No resolution setting, just have to option Low or Auto. No subtitle. Lag issues. And the worst is, when you sign up using one account, then you cannot change into other account. Not matter what you do, restart, reinstall the app. It just stuck for one account...Sssoooo STUUPPIDDD..only think about money.

Bad app!! I always stuck at the ads. Lagging too long!! I don't care about the ads but why every time when ads pop up it will freeze for a long time lolll!!! Don't say my phone is cheap! Your apps is the one cheap here. My WiFi is good and I don't think it's my internet problem. Everyone in the comments agree and experience ads freezing and stuck!

After trying the app for 2 minutes, I had to uninstall it. The app feels like an unfinished product. A lot of basic requirements for a tv streaming app have been left out. Please, Tonton. Please improve all the features and I will return to install your app. -Fullscreen option was not fully developed -Rotating the phone in the mid of a show should be easy and no disruption

I am glad that Live TV is brought back to the Tonton app, though I wish there should be an option to manually switch the data usage (video quality) to High (720p) and Very High (1080p), instead of just Auto. I believe there are Media Prima viewers who are willing to use mobile data instead of WiFi to watch HD and FHD contents.

The app contains so many ads. I am fine with the ads because I am not a paid subscriber, but please improve it. You put too many ads, yet the ads stuck for a long time. Not only that, some of the videos loading for too long. And then, it played the ads again. Once again, it stuck!!! I just wanted to watch the drama, not to watch the ads repeatedly.
