Az ASCCP kockázatalapú kezelési konszenzusra vonatkozó iránymutatások bizonyítékokon alapuló ajánlásokat adnak a kóros méhnyakrák-szűrési eredmények és a rákprekurzorok kezelésére, beleértve a kolposzkópia utáni és a kezelés utáni forgatókönyveket is.Az ASCCP örömmel kínálja ezt az alkalmazást az ASCCP kockázatalapú kezelési konszenzusra vonatkozó iránymutatásaiban a kóros méhnyakrák szűrővizsgálatokra és a rák prekurzoraira vonatkozó navigáció egyszerűsítésére. Ezek az eredetileg 2019-ben kidolgozott, bizonyítékokon alapuló irányítási irányelvek 19 szervezet konszenzusos folyamata során jöttek létre. A frissített irányítási irányelvek célja:
• Lehetővé teszi a kockázat teljesebb és pontosabb becslését
• Megfelelőbb beavatkozás biztosítása a magas kockázatú egyének számára (több rákmegelőző kimutatása és kezelése)
• Kevesebb beavatkozást javasoljon az alacsony kockázatú egyéneknek (csökkentse a tesztelést és a kezelést, amely nem akadályozza meg a rákot, és reproduktív károsodást okozhat)
• Lehetővé teszi új kockázatmódosítók, valamint szűrési és kezelési technológiák jövőbeli hozzáadását

They updated the app by making a new app and without notification on the old app called (ASCCP MOBILE) that explains that the critical information there is out of date. That app doesn't even exist on the store now. Then they published another app that you're supposed to buy AGAIN. which will be out of date soon also and you'll never even notice. So unreliable. And what's the point of having a personalized app if you're not going to provide specific data instead just an algorithm.

While the updated information is appreciated, the change in user interface is a step backward from the previous version, particularly when it comes to inputting findings after abnormal screening results, colposcopies, and excisional procedures. At best it is a functional quick reference for the algorithim cards.

Good content. I always have to run the app twice fora patient before I get a result. (First time is blank). And odd recommendations sometimes that aren't well specified.

This app is not a user friendly as the prior version. Cannot find info on post hysterectomy patient. The text is also very small compared to last.

Very helpful for newest guidelines which are much less conducive to looking at algorithm charts. Have not used it for other than confirming my impression of routine screening results, though.

Not so intuitive on how to use but overall excellent tool to help manage our pap smears. Good to have one place with all the pap algorithms

I love this app so much. Makes my life so much earlier getting through result and then determining follow up. I have a question for the developer. I purchased this app when I had an android phone but just switched to an iPhone so I need to purchase it again or is there a way to download it now to my iPhone?
