Mi Az Új

In this release, we’ve added a notification center for in-app notifications. Drivers will now see discounts, updates, and promotion notifications in their notifications center and on home screens. In the new update, the drivers will also see the city on offer, together with the address for pick-up. The rating screen was also redesigned for more readability. We’ve also added the payment method and the average cost per km on the new order screen so that the drivers have this information at hand.

Ulendo is a good app but very exploitative on drivers. Only customers and Ulendo see the benefits. The commission is too high and doesn't make any economical sense. You might need to reduce on the percentage commission and get rid of the service charge on trips as you get monthly charges. Fuel is expensive, there bundles involved and some clients would would keep a driver for a good 30 to 45mins yet they only pay a k40. Ulendo doesn't see a problem on that cause you get your cut. Be realistic.

This app is pretty good👌, it does what it's supposed to do most of the time, but please consider adding an option for drivers to be viewing what amount is being added(corporate trip/s mayments) or subtracted(20%) from their ulendo account for verification if need be(something like mini statements). Otherwise the business itself is a whole another topic of pros and cons.

Am not able to work cause of credit balance even after topping up, what could be the problem and no support on phone calls always off most of the time even not being answered. How are we going to be working like this

It's a good app but it does not favour partner drivers much because there are alot of things that needs to be considered like bundles,fuel and the kilometres as well.we follow customers wherever they are and that cost is on the driver and also 4km is too much for the app to start accumulating I would suggest at least 2km.

The app is easy to use, easy to navigate through making it easier for anyone to learn usage of the app faster. I wish the it guys would add more options for customers that decide to cancel trips.

I'm user of this app.. its really good.. but as a driver would really appreciate if they conformed with the current economic changes for instance furl proces where increased but same charges are still applying on ulendo 🤷‍♂️.. Secondly customers who makes you wait for them the app doesn't really consider time wasted which is very important... rates should be adjusted

At first when it began, Ulendo used to hire vehicles and noticed that they were making losses because of their own unreasonable rates hence incorporated driver partners. Very unfair app to drivers, drivers wake up! You are not partners but slaves for your own capital injection. You go extra miles to pick up a client for an extra loss, and get penalized when the customer is displeased!

Like other Ulendo drivers have indicated, this App favours customers and not drivers. Further, the 20% is a limiting factor to having a meaningful return. Ba Ulendo don't just acknowledge the feedback from drivers we need urgent action on your part to reduce the rate of commission. As long as the 20% remains, this is a loss making venture for drivers. (Very important).
