Honestly offensive how little they say their creators. They cut their pay in half from what it was when I last used this app. $40 for a 30 second ad where I'm recording video, audio, coming up with a scenario l, editing and uploading.

The app has its funky moments but I'm glad to see they're always working on improvements. The customer service team is amazing and super friendly. I'm very fortunate to be an anonymous creator for brands and be able to make extra money to pay for my education/goals. A major con I have with the app is that the brands take forever to approve the videos. I wish they would be given a deadline to approve/request edits. Deadlines are stated but nothing consequential happens.

I started out having many issues with this app, but over time a lot has changed for the better. I use Billo as a creator and have to say that while some things can still be improved, I have seen twice now that the development team actually listens to the feedback and IMPLEMENTS improvements! Beyond that, whatever else can be said about this service, they have the best customer support team I've encountered. Super helpful and always positive and actually willing to work with you. A+

The App And The Brands Are Irresponsible, for one either you don't get the packages or they want you to buy it and the app randomly stops working. This one brand wanted Monthly Installments! But get this, I get one month free! LOL.. Getting approval to work was fairly easy, alll of the brands are small, new and cheap. Also the app is filled with expired tasks. Like why are tasks that are past due still up?

When I first started in end of August as a creator, it was good but now I don't know so much: it's glitchy to the point where you think maybe they don't want u making money, you can apply to hundreds of companies and you will be waiting for a long time (months in my case) for a response. Great concept but a lot of kinks go be worked out. Number one on the list : fix the gliche. Navigating this app has become frustrating sadly

This app is super easy to use for creators. It's a little buggy at times but that's because the team is updating the app with actually helpful features. All the products that I've received have been really high quality and the payouts are made pretty smoothly. Also, the app support is really good.

Closet of Free Samples

Great for extra cash, but at times a real headache. Over the past few days they decided to LOWER the payout to creators without notice or explanation, but still expect quality work and effort. Still want edits to videos. These videos take quite a bit of time and effort to create and then still may need edits.. Never been on a platform that under valued their creators in this way. Disappointed in this change and will be searching for other alternatives.

I will get notified, and then when I click on it, it takes me to my profile...no other tabs to press on, for me to go back to those messages 🥺
