The is awesome and easy to use. But 1. My phone is samsung J1 ace, when I take the photo of the ID card, it does not move to the next step. It holds the picture still until i cancel. I have tried updating many times but it is just the same. Kindly advice. 2. Kindly allow agents to fill the date of birth manually. It is quite difficult and time consuming to scroll looking for the exact date of birth of the customer. Good job IT team.

Its first yes. and very handy during foreign registrations. but the activation grid never refreshes for us to see how much we are doing as in our daily/weekly activations. then why did you remove the sim swap function?? you coulda just made it detailed for verification purposes as long the swap goes through!! then finally...how does an agent benefit from registering t-kash on the app??? do something on that

I have been experiencing problems here and there . (1)Sometimes taking the back photo of an ID becomes hectic.( 2) Login into the app keep bringing error, hence working is not efficient. (3) The end result sometimes does not bring the results that the line has been registered, you keep waiting,(4) at times the sending of customers details is successful but the line takes long to go through.

Lately using the app to do registration does work, since on the app it will say submitted but when the customer inserts the line on the phone it's of no use. Also allow agent to do sim swaps and preferred number

It's slow so and consumes a lot of data bundles, it captures details correctly but an error in the date of birth can't be corrected, it's stupidly terrible, allows for registration of IDs that were registered in 2018 upwards, pathetic!

Figures of daily, weekly and monthly data have been missing for a while now and nothing seems to be going on to solve this. Kindly see to it that agents can confirm the number of successful and failed activations.

Option to capture ID backside is so terrible. Keeps on gerating an alerting message of invalidity of the ID, yet it is valid. Revise to the one with ID backside capture option, it is better.

Easy login, Friendly user interface, uses very less data, I find it very convenient, although agent should be Allowed to do sim Swap capturing the Customers ID.
