Deducted more amount than mentioned. I subscribed to 3950Rs pckg and they deducted 4476.75Rs without any notice. Update: I asked them for invoice & found that it has billed in USD so it was bcoz of conversion rate. But it wasn't mention anywhere if they were charging in USD. Please update this so that no one else gets extra charged. Secondly there is a bug in your app that doesn't match physical status correctly. My son's physical status is set to normal in profile but it shows cross everywhere

So everyone was right. It shows 3,950 but the actual amount they charge is 5,300. A bunch of fraudsters. Should be reported to Better Business Bureau, which I will. There's no End Chat button in help center. Once you make a mistake of sending it a message, the bot will continuously message you for the next year without stopping. Worst app ever!

The worst Matrimony platform ever used. There chat/Customer support team are very unprofessional they never resolved your problems and always just copy and paste the template to email them. There are lots of bugs in the app, after lots of profile view, you'll only see 1 or 2 Candidates on your dashboard. To Gold customer they give access to see candidates contact number, mostly number are incorrect. Not recommended. Don't waste your money.

Worst app ever. They mention different amount and deduct different. I bought till marry package which was mentioned around 16500 on their site and app but they deducted double amount from my account. I asked their customer service to refund and they asked to contact on email. I emailed them multiple times but no response. Don't waste your money on this app not recommended

Worst service. Deleted my account within couple of hours without any reason or notification. Created an account at 4:37 AM today and completed my profile but after couple of hours it says unable to login. Trying to reset my password it is saying there is no such user. Totally waste of time. I highly recommend to avoid from this application

From my experience its Very bad service so i request to all don't use this app and don't buy any package its will charge you double amount on package. And if you contact on helpdesk so they will not response. I also contacted them on emails so they didn't response me on email. In every feedback they mention email. But didn't response on email extremely extremely bad service. I recommend you to all use another 3rd party app rather than this..its my honest opinion for all. thanks.

Guys, do not opt for their premium service. They will store your credit card details, charge your credit card and renew your premium without your consent whenever they like. This is exactly what happend in my case. They charged my credit card and when I sent email to their service team, they cancelled my premium service which I didn't even ask to renew. Won't respond to any of my emails or refund my money.
