Finicky garbage. The app connects when it wants to, stays connected for as little as it wants to, and takes as long to reconnect as it wants to. The desktop app for this system is equally bad. Trash product for a trash system.

Not intuitive, very little guidance to help a non technical user. The Vitek manual is written in code. I probably wouldn't have allowed my home builder to install this system if I had it to do over again.

yall need to make a button that we can press for the lighting. CAUSE ITS COMPLICATED ITS A PAIN WHEN THE LIGHTING IS DOWN CAUSE IDK HOW TO TURN IT UP AGAIN. OVERALL WONDERFUL CAMERAS APP MAKES ME FEEL VERY SAFE.

Try to add a device-crash. Try to adjust settings-crash. I'm glad this was only a trial before I invested in the equipment.

I lost my phone and got a new one. Have been trying to download the app to which I have to reinstall everytime due to not working.
