This is an awesome app. With a lot of potential. Will be nice to be able to choose a default setting instead of the current home screen. I would like to be able to set it on my Zwave thermostats. The feature is there and very nice with colors, but I can't set it as default. Other options could be colorful interactive weather displays, etc. It really needs features for user customization, and it will be more awesome.

The ADT Alarm system was already installed in our new home. For a app that controls my security system, I find it lacking in the area of usefulness. The app will not allow the user to make adjustments to how the system works. It has an area to add a irrigation system to the control panel, but it is useless unless you have the one irrigation system that it will except, and that's not Rain Bird. When my five year iron clad contract is up I will definitely cancel my subscription. AVOID ADT !!!

It worked well for the last couple of years, but now the app won't even log me in on any of my devices connected to wifi. This has been happening for the last couple of days, and it's a horrible failure to not be able to control a security system. Either ADT has this app forgotten, or they just refuse to fix the issues that many have brought up before me.

A bit clumsy to use. When I receive a notification for my doorbell, instead of taking me to the photo/video that it took, it takes me to the live feed. I have to weave my way through the various menus to get to the saved image. Also, being able to arm/disarm via a smart watch app would be a huge convenience.

You need to make it easier to download images and videos. Your instructions do not follow what is in the screen on my phone. There is no favorite or device button to select. This app is pretty useless. and ADT is itself useless because they don't keep up with technology. The ADT system can be bypassed with current technology advances that ADT doesn't know of yet

Our system all of a sudden won't connect to Wi-Fi. Our Wi-Fi is in working fine. The cust. Svc. people have tried to help, but the problem is still there. I am not going to PAY for svc people to come look at it, since it is an ADT problem. I have told all of the people in our community not to get ADT. Very disappointing! At least it does work, but starts chirping at all hours to tell us no wi-fi.

For whatever reason, system components just stop communicating or stop functioning. The app loses connections with doorbell cameras, exterior cameras. The last straw? The app apparently uninstalled itself, as I didn't remove it nor did my phone's OS remove it. No trace of it ever having been installed. Now, can't even find it on Google Apps. This is the closest looking one and people aren't happy with it, either.

The ADT app has been working fine for a while since April or May 24'. Yet, I'd say about a month or so ago. It stopped working for me, and I have yet to figure out how to fix it. Haven't reached out to customer service yet due to me being so busy and hubby being able to set it and such. But I'm having issues, and I don't like it!!!
