KS1S scale A scale shouldn't need location or access to web. There is no way to set own diet plan. The weight loss rate is wrong and shows unhealthy default values(1kg per week). No explanation of what exercise level is The calories in plan don't change even with different values, it just uses default TDEE for your weight and height. The language in app is english, but menu uses location lamguage with no way of changing it. App is OK but you need to use different app for diet and meal tracking.

I bought an Aeno kitchen scale. Everything is great, functionality is great, meets my needs. BUT! To find a dish through search, you need to choose a category. It would be much more convenient if the search searched all categories at once, instead of manually searching for the necessary one.

Robot stopped randomly to clean itself ones it finish vacuuming. In the options I have 'Self Cleaning Container' setting, but I cannot change it in any way from 'Never' to 'After vacuuming 1 time' this happens on both OnePlus 10T and iPhone 13, is something affecting probably every device. Kindly fix it as now I have to unload the dust every time by myself and makes the station completely useless. Thank you

I bought a kettle and this app works well, but I don't understand why for "heat" mode I can select up to 100 degrees, but for "boil" - up to 90 degrees only. The water boils at 100 degree in normal conditions, isn't it? L.E. Looks like it was a misunderstanding on my side on the difference between heat and boil mode.

The app is very useful for the two devices I have from AENO, the kitchen scales and the electric toothbrush, both products are smart and can be connected directly through the mobile app. So far everything has gone as normal as possible, no major problems.

Autmation does not work, when you try to save an automation or scenario an error window opens saying, file is not a database:, while compiling : select count(*) from sqlit... Looks like there is an error in the coding. Very poor

I bought Smart Body Scales BS2S, pairing scales with application was O.K. but there is no way to connect/export datas with/to Google Fit or any other apk which makes me quite dissapointed. I have no idea why this feature is missing but pls. work on it.

I am very happy with the vacuum cleaner, but I have not been able to connect with the app☹️ I use Aeno vacuum cleaner RC35 When trying to connect with my mobile phone, I change network connection to 2.4G, but it keeps signalling network error. Both vacuum cleaner and mobile phone are next to the router
