Message received saying your lab report is ready. you can download the app and view it. When I open the app it's shows no any report. Since one year no any improvement in the app. We r in 2022 Dear Management pls wake up and improve the app.

As the app is in initial stage...there is bug that needs to fixed.I was trying to access lab reports ,however it is showing list of reports which doesn't belong to the patient ID i was looking for.Specified results must be shown to specific id, instead not all the reports belonging to others..

Its an useless app. No use at all. Whenever I clicked on the link where mentioned your Lab report is ready, it appears NO DATA found. So, please either update the APP or remove it permanently.

Worst app ever... After a long struggle, I managed to login in the app only to find the data that did not belong to me. So basically my registered mobile number showed someone else's reports & prescriptions.. useless.

Useless app, it worked in the beginning few times, now it's not working shows no data found, it's being 2 months under error and goes un noticed by hospital management.

Not displaying medical reports. Went to Gulf Asia IT, they fixed the problem. Now while updating profile when BUPA member ship number is not accepting asking for correct ID. App still not user friendly.

Worst app ever seen... Just to make publicity or advertisement, the Medical Company is generated this app. And it's a dummy app without any useful to the patient. We cannot link the our data to the application, the Medical center provided useless contact number which is no one response. Authority has to take action in order to keep the promises.

Not able to access my lab reports. Its shows no data.. Its been the same from last 5 months. Still they are not updating the app
