Hot garbage app. When prompted to create a password, it told me every single time the password contained restricted characters. It did not, and followed the exact requirements that were listed to create one. Every single different (and appropriate) one I tried was met with the same pointless message. Total waste of time, deleting the app.

Doesn't show accurate, to date information and there's no way to modify things. If you ask on the phone, no one knows how to edit or add. It makes the bad situations worse because you can't just log in, you have to jump through a series of hoops before it lets you log in to see your full account. Again, with incomplete information and no way to edit/add/etc.

I used this app once or twice before never being able to log-in anymore. Now it doesn't let me log-in despite having my correct login and password. I even changed my password 3 times. (Used recovery links in app to do so.) Still can't log-in. Just says log-in error over & over. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Checked for updates, etc. Nothing!! Useless.

I really don't see the value in using the app. The search function is basically useless because it doesn't allow the option to search based on a particular specialty. It will only pull up *all* providers in your network, and if you try to filter the results, it just takes you back to the main search page. The website is better to use to actually accomplish things.

App not working on my Pixel 6 running Android 15; opening and clicking my state (NH) leads to a nearly blank screen with a blue bar on the top, so I am unable to log in. App does work on my old Pixel 4a running Android 13. Message Center does not display my received messages, which was the entire reason I downloaded it. I'll stick to using the web version of the portal.

I keep trying to register and when I try to validate my account with my number or email and I am getting error messages and invalid number.

The app doesn't work. It can find my plan with my member number or my personal info. However, I can long in on their website just fine. Amerihealth invest some time and money into your app! My kids have Geisinger through their dad's work and the Geisinger app is a million times better in every way. Which makes the patient feel like they actually care.

11/24/2021 - Worthless App. Considering the kind of money a carrier gets for providing these plans, the fact that you can't even log into the app is really sad. No idea how the app works because in its current state it is truly unusable. If there ever comes a day where they use some of the millions of dollars they get every month to fix this app, then I will happily check it out and edit my review. Until then, just don't bother downloading this app. UPDATE 4/26/2024: Still getting Error @ login
