This new updated app is garbage. Every time I try to order it declines my card, the same card I've been using for the past year. I change the payment method and it doesn't save, when I go to order it shows no saved payment methods. then when it asks to add a new payment method it never goes past the screen to enter the information. i had to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work. this update is terrible. next time it declines I'm just going to Jamba juice.

up until today this new app had a five-star. understand something, every time I open the app, I don't want to have to reload my credit card information. 9 times out of 10 I just want to quickly reorder for pickup and be done. why is it that every time you update something I have to go through a whole security process and redo my payment information. It's this whole process that makes pre-ordering more difficult. fix it please. when I have a simple ordering process, I can raise the stars on my re

the app won't store my payment options. every time I order, it declines my saved credit card, and I have to enter the card information again... the exact same info stored. after this new update, I can't even pay with a credit card. all I can do to place an order is redeem rewards.

App was a lot easier before. Made redeeming rewards easy, now it's a pain. Randomly keeps logging me out. No problem, I'll just scan the barcode like before, but that doesn't work as well.. Yall had a perfectly good app, this no longer works.

After updated to the newest app, I can't access any of my gift cards. It asked for the giftcards pin, but it was already loaded to the app, and I deleted the emails. Emailed them and no one has reply after 3 days.

The app used to be great, the new UI is pretty but isn't very responsive making it not worth using. hopefully a future update will fix this

After the recent update: "oops we cannot find your account". I was up to rewards. And no: I do not think you should get to know my phonenumber additionaly if you cannot do a decent database update.

works for basic ordering but customiztion options are not consistent across smoothies (ex. No Agave) and no place to a put in comments as an alternative. also you cannot input a payment method until you actually order which is annoying for on-the-go ordering. Also tells me it gave me a smoothie award which i never got notification of, and it expires the same day they gave it to me.
