Easy to use. I put in my phone number, confirmed my email, and car I was driving. I tapped "continue," then selected "dead battery." The app used my precise location. I tapped, "Continue." I received a text confirming that they were locating a local service. Within 3 minutes, I received a text with the details of the company, driver, and ETA. I received a text when the driver dispatched and updates on the ETA. Within an hour of contract, I was at an auto parts store replacing my battery.

The service has not been 1 star, but the app absolutely has been. Stranded in the side of the road, app continously crashes. No update, cleared it, did everything possible. Shame on Verizon for not having another way to access from within your online account. When you call, you get told repeatedly to download the app, and then sent s link to continue in the app that doesnt work. When you actually get the service it has been helpful, but the app is a nightmare.

Well I used the app once for fuel delivery it sent me to a confirmation page the app has been frozen that way for three months. Even though I already had help for my issue have had to call every other time since. And the on hold information says save ten minutes by using the app would love to but I cannot. Edit New update repaired the frozen issue which was a universal issue for many of others. It works much better as this is the first time I've used it in about a year

I'm very stingy with my 5 star ratings, however I have to say the few times I have had to use it were pretty easy. There were couple times I ended up canceling help request because it was going to take the person very long time to arrive. Can't put that against verizon since they're just the middle man, although adding more service technicians to the network would help. Other than that, the app works just fine. *Don't let this make you too confident Verizon, I still expect more 😆*

Used it once, worked well. Next time zi tried use it, it was stuck in the last "rescue" andvthere was no way to cancel it. I tried, ut failed. I had to uninstall the app and reinstall. This second instance I gad to call in, gsd a person who couldn't get the address right. Eventually spelled out every eorld in the address to get help on the way. Get a text for an hour and a half out, the driver called and couldn't communicate clearly. Very frustrating. I would avoid the app and just walk home.

I really appreciate Verizon Roadside Assistance. I like tracking where my help is. Very nice and knowledgeable people who comes to help me. The only thing I don't understand is my address is always wrong on this app. They always call to see what address to come too. They say they have 2 or 3 addresses. I can see the wrong address down on app. I try to change it, but it will go to another address down the road. As long as they find me, I guess that's all that matters. Thanks, JdW.

It's super helpful and useful to have this as part of my plan, however I am not sure what is going on with the program updating your status. It said it couldn't find a provider in my area so I called a local place and they told me they had already sent someone out because they had the alert from Verizon. Definitely need to work on that bug!!! Thankfully I was parked outside my own home, but if I were stuck somewhere I would have thought I was on my own.

Used the app to quickly add my location. In less than an hour a tow truck arrived to help me retrieve my keys from inside the vehicle. Never had to speak to a rep or confirm information. It literally took me 1 minute to file a claim! It was all done so quickly so we can go along with our day. Fast, easy and convenient!
