There is no way to cancel or subscribe and you will be forced to be stuck with it and having $20 taken put of your account for something you don't want or don't even use!! I have been trying to cancel this damn thing since I did the free trial and there literally is no place in your account or app to cancel it.. it is NOT as easy as they say!!

The app does not work. I deleted and redownloaded it and it still will not load. I was looking for a specific title that I was under the impression would be available once I signed up, but that title, nor author, was anywhere to be found. Account management is very inconvenient. I should have been able to cancel without sending an email.

Not a good selection of books. When I need help trying to change my billing information (because there is no place to even access it), it has no place to ask a question! It just wants you to choose which device you're using, then tells you to download the app. That isn't any more help. 😕 Can't even find a place to cancel my subscription. Only an email.

I did not find this app user friendly or cost effective. I searched for 20 different fairly common and popular authors with zero accuracy in results. No filter options. Save your money. Get a library card and use Hoopla or Libby for free. Also they make it difficult to find out how to cancel your subscription. I had to google it for instructions. Always a red flag for me.

They didn't have any of the books I was hoping to read or access audio books from, so it wasn't right for me. That said, I sent an email stating that I would like to cancel and they confirmed in less than 24 hours that my membership had been cancelled and I would not be charged. I was concerned that cancelling would be a pain but they were super fast and responsive!

this ap could be great but it's not even close to good. For one thing. you can't find your library of downloads in the menu. At times, I've had to download another book to see the list I already have . Also, after you pause the ap, it freezes and the only way to get it to pay again is to turn the phone off and bring the whole operating system back up. When you do that, it sometimes brings you to your download list.... which is another way to get there. It really begs the ? who tests?

The e-books are done well enough. There's a fairly good selection available. I signed up primarily for access to audiobooks, and the ones I've tried were not done so well. I've tried 3 different audiobook and have been disappointed 3 times. The readers were either mind numbingly boring, fraught with annoying vocal inflections or stumbling over words and mispronouncing them.

Has lots of books, yes, but it took me 30 minutes to figure out how to cancel it. I had to seriously google how to cancel. allyoucanbooks. Com/cancel after looking at everything. I had the account for almost an hour and couldn't find anything I wanted to read. Some reviews have said they charged 1.06 for just signing up, if you don't have that in the account then it'll probably put you in the red and if you don't know then you'll have fees.
