Great app! It integrates well with my Samsung Health tracker app. And I've learned so much already. It's holistic & practical in easy small steps. I'm healthier --- physically, mentally, emotionally, socially... I highly recommend this app.

Overall the app works as expected. There are times where I have to manually sync to get my data moved to the app but that has improved over time. It would be nice if there were a way to save favorite activities for manually adding to the app. As the list of activities grow it makes it more tedious to find the activity you want to add. Especially if you are catching up for missed days.

Not real happy my employer uses this to track our activity and reward us with benefits in the company like time off but when I try to look at benefits it never loads and makes the app crash I've uninstalled and reinstalled it and still messed up

Using because of a work challenge but really liking! With the options of tracking activities as well as the app providing health and mental articles & tasks...I'm going to continue using after the challenge is completed!

Love this app. Very easy to use. However I have to keep re synching my Google fit tracker to it. Other then that love it.

The app is easy to use. There's a small learning curve, but once you get the hang of it the app is pretty good. A small concern is that there are activities that earn points that one has to search around the app for, but I don't feel that's the app's fault so much as an organizational error on the employer's part to properly place activities. Perhaps a tab that gathers all of the activities in a single place to minimize confusion?
