Very often the app will not accept an order. It will be pending on my bank if I use my card, or show completed on google play if I use that. But the app won't complete the order. The money is refunded, but the way marketing works, deals are app exclusive. Lost track of how many I went to competitors for their deals because the Arby's app couldn't close a sale. Sidenote: step up your deals and put in some loyalty rewards. These apps are pivotal but it seems like it is ignored mostly at Arby's.

I'm complaining about the app. I would have a ton of rewards if they could fix the app so that with the kids' meal, I could order Sprite. All they offer on the app is milk or juice. Can you fix the app, and I'll update my review? Also, the drive-thru is really hard to drive thru. The design is weird. You practically hit the wall. Otherwise, it's newly renovated and painted. Looks great 👍

By far the worst food app, this app is designed by idiots.... there's no cancel button, when you place your order coupons you had redeemed disappear and don't apply to your cart after you place your order, there's no cancel order option either, plus they also change your pickup time to the next morning if you place your order an hour before they close. Oh and if you need to get ahold of support, good luck because they don't have a support team to talk to... you have to email a bot and pray...

I'd rate it higher if it worked, haven't been able to use it much because the servers have been having technical issues for months so I can't even sign in. The Arby's near my home usually has online ordering down so there's practically no point to having the app. I enjoyed it when I was able to order food and use it but lately it's just been unusable

One of the worst fast food apps out there. Super laggy. Few deals. Logs you out and forgets your location constantly. Won't remember any of your info reliably. Won't remember you have an account at all sometimes. Delivery can't access deals, even basic ones like the 3 for 5. Menu navigation is butts. Spent long enough trying to get the delivery deal *they sent me* to work that I could have walked there, fml.

Mediocre food and even more dismal app experience. Every where I go they are closing. And I can see why. I'm done 4 times at different locations and try to order in the app. It's either have to sign back in cause ya know roast beast needs to be secure and after jumping through hoops to get to the ordering ya go to check out and it says the location Is closed lol while I am standing in the store! Hope they enjoy bankruptcy. Don't make it hard for people to give you money!

app is easy to use. deals are great and updated regularly. the only issue is they don't have a cup of cheddar on the menu so I always have to ask for it at the window. Seems like they could have an "a la carte" section for extra sauces or cheddar cups and thinks like that. Other than that the app is great.

App still needs a ton of work. Only option for pickup when ordering ahead is to park and walk in to the store - no drive thru or curbside options. Also no clarity on how to identify yourself when telling staff you have a mobile order, which always leads to confusion. App does not give the option to save payment method when checking out, you manually have to go to payment methods under settings to enter one, where there is no auto-fill for card info.
