Edit: Problem still persist even after trying what the developer said. It's rarer but it still persists The app UI is better than before the last update, but at least the AC unit responded to commands. The communication between the app and the unit is worse, it takes like 10-60 seconds to execute (Turn on, change temp, etc.), and that's if you're lucky. Sometimes it's not even executed. I don't know if it's server side or client side, but the commands are being delayed a lot

The new release looks A LOT better, but it works objectively worse. I have to login again every time I open it and sometimes while using it. In addition to that, it has trouble sending commands to the AC, feels like the requests take a couple of seconds to get a response. And if I send multiple commands, it does nothing for a while and then executes all the commands in half a second. I feel a lot of these can be fixed relatively easily with a new release, fingers crossed that's true!

I have been using the app with an Ariston Deos 16S Net dehumidifier for a few weeks now. The basic functionality all works okay and reliably with no connection issues. The only function that I have been unable to make work is the firmware function. An update is indicated as available but fails with no apparent progress of the update. I can find no specific instructions on putting the dehumidifier in a special mode or other instructions for this feature of the app. Hence 4 stars.

Sometimes it's not possible to log on, every time you have to enter user ID and password. My android phone wants to fill in this information automatically, but the password appears also in the email address box. After logging in you still need to select the device (I only have one) which does not make sense. For my air conditioner, not all functions are available.

It's sad that no assistant in supported by the app. Other than that, I had a really hard time configuring the AC unit (waited a couple of months then tried again and it was working) . It's working fine now (but no silence mode!!! and there is no precise control of the swing).

Please fix the login page to wotk with Google autofill. I really don't want to logon with user and password each time I need to use the AC unit. Another thing, the main interface, please add + and - buttons for temperature set, with swipe you go too much or too low and it is not intuitive at all. Grazie!

EN: Doesn't work well with wifi, doesn't work at all with mobile connection, asks for permissions (location and sd card access) that I find hard to justify for an air conditioner. ITA: Funziona male da wifi, non funziona proprio coi dati mobili, richiede permessi (posizione e accesso e scheda sd) che fatico a giustificare per un condizionatore.
