app looks nice, and the functionality which is there works well many basic features are missing, and need to be added for actual use over the web - search by agent, device name etc... - device list filters - access to automation profiles to run/execute - reports I assume MSPs would need access to ticketing... that would be priority... I dont use ticketing as an internal IT why not have a dashboard with alerts up top? instead alerts is an entire section?... off to a good start!

I like the app at least it works, but there are some things I don't like, for example : you have to get logged in every other day because the thing loggs you off, I don't like that, you can just activate a pin or fingerprint or something.... Then when you are finally able to open a session it just closes after 30 seconds or so... I don't like that.... Then the search you can't search by pc name or logged user like in the web, that'd be nice, all other whistles and features work wonderfully!!!

For the first iteration of the app, this seems great and the remote connection worked well when I tested it. A lot of negative reviews about not having everything right away when the app was just released. I'm sure they are expecting bug reports and want to get things working more reliably before they continue to add other parts of the system. If it takes a long time for those other things to get added I understand that and will adjust my review, but this is a great first step.

Ticket display is unfortunately very buggy, I can't view the whole message most of the time and expanding the ticket doesn't actually expand it. The app won't let me sign in sometimes because I am supposedly already signed in. Sometimes when typing out a ticket, it only shows you about a line's worth of text despite there being several paragraphs and you can't scroll to see the rest.

So far it's worked perfectly for my needs. I get alerts and can check over what the alert is to see if I need to sit at a computer. Also looking at devices let's me know the status of an outage.

Works fairly well but slow to update technician changes so filters need to be checked.

Mfa is a bit shonky. App itself is less than useful. Having the option to view devices at a glace. Atera in general is missing a lot of information that it could easily grab. Just reporting on managed devices, from the device info, uptime, mapped drives, removable media attached. There is definitely space in both interfaces to make big improvements.

I can see it being more useful if I had a ticket tab. Since I monitor this all day, this would make it simple if I need to go onsite. I can still see the issues as they come in. Notifications for new tickets would also be great. I don't want to sort by client just to see a ticket. List the tickets separately.
