Both the app and website itself are faulty, as logging into this site is nearly impossible. The website itself is buggy too, clicking on posted positions leads to the position just staring back at you, saved preferences don't remain saved either.

Does not work. I have to reinstall everytine for it to work. Edit: per your response, I have emailed you over a week ago with no response as of yet. Again, the app does not work. I have to reinstall for it to work possibly once - 2nd Edit - still no response. Awful app. Useless

This has been the worst app! I've waited, emailed and called over a 2 month period after uploading my credentials. Can't get past the first screen which states, "need to connect to a recruiter to be credentialed ". No one ever emailed, texted or called me back! And there is no way to retreive my personal information & documentation. I've used the online website and while I can look up jobs, I remain at a standstill because guess what-I CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH A RECRUITER! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I hate this app. you have to scramble to get shifts it so unfair. I can't get one shift while I listen to others brag about getting 6 shifts every week consistently. Then, to top it off, we can't use our phones at work, but that's when the shifts are dropped

The app over the last 2 days has not been working. It either opens and then just shuts down or it shows a blank loading screen forever and nothing happens. Can't pick up shifts if you can't see them 🤷🏾♂️.

It had been really good until yesterday. It will not open. It shows like it's loading, but it doesn't, and then it shuts down on its own. I need help. I'm not able to access to see and pick up new shifts.

I will try to click on a shift moments after it's posted and will get error messages. It's not conducive for picking up shifts, it seems to never work right.

Have to reinstall after every time I use app. Just has a loading screen the next time I try to open it. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling every time I want to use app.
