Got an email - use app for 33% off. Reset password and it would not let me in. Tried again. Next time I cut and pasted the Pswd to make sure it matched - still would not let me in - didn't recognize Pswd. The only reason to have it is for disct - when that doesn't work it's useless. Store could not honor email offer and said that other customers had the same problem. We all ended up paying full price.

app and website both are not working. I try to place a pick up orde but instead get meet with a blank menu. And no matter how many times I refresh, still meet with blank page. I even tried wifi and phone data. didn't make a difference either.

awful app, it does not work. I'm trying to redeem my birthday scoop and it can't pull up a location within 50 miles of me even while standing inside of one. I also get error messages when I try to login even though I've updated my password and I can login to the website fine. I don't understand why they just couldn't email me a QR code for the free scoop like they did last year instead of forcing me to use this useless app

Kind of useless...you can't order much and no points when u use it...they do give you deals but not that much...like what is the point of using this app...give us points so we can save up for free scoops or something....update it's bad..used it to try to get points and nothing not ready and they need to change it...told customer service and they didn't care.

I'm in Chicago and the store across the street from our hotel (at 6:30 pm) said "mobile orders only at this time of day". So ... as a loyal Dunk'n user, imagine my surprise and frustration at this app being a 10 minute waste of time, only to not load a menu and inevitably lead to us getting Insomniac Cookies instead of the ice cream my kids had asked for.

This is so frustrating. Almost every time I have to re-sign in and/or update. The whole thing about having an app is that you don't have to memorize yet another sign-in. Why can't we just go back to using phone numbers? It's about ice cream... not bank accounts!

Doesnt work, trying to add a fresh pack completely breaks entire system. It does not update price above $0 when added to cart so entire system is broken after that. If you were signed in even wiping app and starting over will not let you sign in anymore. Just sits corcling. And you cant even access carr to remove item. So completely useless.

Only one location near me allows online ordering. Made an order only to find out they didn't have any of the flavors I ordered. App is useless if it doesn't even give you correct menu options and most locations don't even have online ordering.
