Should not be required to create an account or install an app for such trivial functionality. The app doesn't update when the delivery time has been missed still telling you it will be delivered some time in the past. it also says "your delivery is fossil free" at the bottom, whatever that's supposed to mean despite it obviously being impossible

The absolute worst customer experience ever. Why do I need to download you app and sign up for your service just so that I can get my package? I could understand if you needed the app to integrate with your boxes, but no, you also need to create an account in your system. I did not choose your service to begin with, it was forced on me by the store that I bought from. I will now actively avoid services that use bring as a delivery method, and ask others to do the same!

Worthless never works and it's absolutely absurd that you have to indetify yourself by the box. I really hate bring with a passion. Everytime I try to login its a at least twenty minutes projekt with authentication codes and errors. Horrible app. I avoid Bring like the plague. And why can't I verify with bank id ok another phone?? Garbage app.

got a text ready for pickup through the app. in the app it says no parcels registered. when I manually add the parcel I just get error messages. won't order from any store that sends with bring...

who on earth figured it's a great solution to force people to download your app to be able to get their packages... absolutely a bad customer practice. any time in the future I see smth is labelled as being delivered by you, I will cancel it

Ridiculous system. I ordered online and the company chose Bring. Instead of getting a code to open the locker, like similar services, I had to download the app, create an account, verify myself on Bank ID, then use Bluetooth to open the locker. Except I wasn't able to do it in person and their service allows no flexibility to allow a friend to collect it for you. Packet was returned. An unnecessarily long process and total reliance on new technology that doesn't allow for issues people may have.

Lovely app. Went to fetch a package at a delivery box. App doesn't work. Keeps reporting errors, can't fetch packages. Can't recieve my damn package, even though I'm right next to the box. I've only had questionable experiences with bring so far, this just confirms it once again. Stay away.

First of all, I dislike the company overall. On multiple occasions they've marked my packages as "wasn't able to deliver because the receiver was not home", yet I'm right here feeling like a prisoner waiting for a notification of some sort. Which then leads to the App itself. You can forget getting any type of notification, you need to open the App to see anything going on (which you can already do on the website). And their support is all taken over by Bots with AI voices.
