KSP Mobile App aplikasi mobile resmi dari Kepolisian Negara Karnataka. App yang tersedia di kedua platform Android dan iOS dari masing-Store App mereka. App ini tersedia baik dalam bahasa Kannada dan bahasa Inggris.App menawarkan layanan berikut.
1. App memfasilitasi setiap warga negara untuk memberitahukan setiap kontak dipercaya mereka melalui SMS, mengenai keadaan darurat mereka melalui tombol SOS. App juga memiliki kemampuan untuk berbagi lokasi pengirim ke kontak mereka dipercaya, jika ponsel mereka diaktifkan dengan GPS.
2. App menyediakan akses ke layanan polisi tertentu untuk semua warga, dari Karnataka Kepolisian Negara.
App memungkinkan warga untuk
a) mengetahui Kantor Polisi terdekat dan yurisdiksi Kantor Polisi dengan nomor kontak dan lokasi. Link navigasi tersedia melalui Google maps untuk mencapai Kantor Polisi;
b) melaporkan insiden non-darurat melalui App ke salah satu unit Polisi di Karnataka bersama dengan lampiran seperti foto, video, dokumen dan file audio;
c) mengetahui alamat, nomor kontak, lokasi dan e-mail id dari salah satu kantor polisi di Karnataka;
d) mencari rincian dari setiap orang hilang yang dilaporkan di Karnataka; dan,
e) pemberitahuan push dari Polisi akan tersedia untuk warga negara mengenai peristiwa-peristiwa penting.
Masing-masing dari Control Polisi Kamar di Commissionerate / Polres Yurisdiksi akan menanggapi keluhan. Isu-isu diberitahu oleh warga akan secara otomatis diakui dengan SMS bersama dengan nomor laporan untuk pelacakan masa depan.
Umpan balik pada KSP Aplikasi Ponsel dan layanan dapat disediakan melalui antarmuka App.

Navigation and processing of inputs from the user is very slow, taking so long to load. I tried to enter my name and update and it took more than 15 mins but also it didn't update it. Each and every option in the app results the same.

My old passport has a valid visa and that is lost. I do not see an option to pick prior year to report old and expired passports. Rest all is a good and seamless experience with the app.

I recently filed a complaint through the KSP app about my lost mobile phone. After following the necessary procedures, including reporting the loss on the CEIR portal, traceability data was obtained that identified two mobile numbers associated with the suspect. Unfortunately, these numbers are now switched off, and despite this critical information, no action has been taken by the police.

App is a very good initiative, however tried everything but the app is identifying incorrect location, also live location is incorrect, hence this results in incorrect nearby police station is shown. Can you help fix this?

After opening this app, the logo appears on the screen. But nothing happens beyond that.

Only for name sake karnataka police no resolution or even if thy can help or do thr work with a few calls even that also lazy for thm But yes app working is great but not the service like always thy care only if some high level or have lots of money

Totally a waste app, only to entering is fine app and website, but full of server issues, files cannot be downloaded
