This app sounds great in what it says it will do. But whenever I try to sign up for it, it says data error please contact support. And when I contact the support with its form, I get new errors! Don't the developers ever even try their app? I'm a software developer myself,... Perhaps they should hire me to fix it!

I am unable to confirm any information that is placed at the bottom of any screen of the app, like my phone number or to add my physician to my lists because the confirmation button is too low on the screen and I cannot scroll down any further. I have tried adjusting my phone to compensate, but it just won't work. I'm using a Samsung 22+. I have to log in to this app for my health insurance and it is impossible.

Nice to see what fair health care prices are, however app is very annoying. Anything I click on opens a popup nagging me to turn on notifications. I don't want notifications but with them off, I'm nagged at EVERY click in the app to turn them on. Really not cool.

Really bad UX. Tried to add a doctor to my list, and it wouldn't allow it, because "Google Maps couldn't verify the address." It gave me the option to add it manually, and after I typed everything in, it still wouldn't add the doctor because it couldn't verify the address I typed. So dumb.

What a bloody waste of effort. If you look up a service is gives a price range but doesn't give links to DR. that actually charge those amounts. If you look at doctor's it only says uses low med high cost facilities. If you check hospitals it gives same high med low range for types of services. What a colossal half/"explicit" experience. Short of a surgical event that you would call around for anyway, this seems pretty useless.

Doesn't provide links to any facilities that charge the prices estimated by Healthcare Bluebook. Even tried larger, neighboring city with same results. It's a shame. I was hoping for better. 1/27/22 Edit to add: Shouldn't the app be doing that?

I've played with it a couple if times and was not impressed. Hard to navigate. One of my visits didn't show any facilities within 50 miles of my house and I live in a 30,000 plus town with 2 hospitals and multiple clinics and doctor offices. I stopped trying and just went the my past experiences.

It's terrible. I'm unable to enter the mobile app code. When I try, I'm told there is a date error; contact support. When I try that, I get another error message. After repeated attempts, I gave up.
