It often takes too long for the app to open. I wait for almost 45 seconds, if not longer, for the little white circle with blue arrow spinning inside it, to actually open and allow me to clock in or out.

this app would be 100% if you allowed a way to clock in and out when you have your client out away from the house. example: I clock in at 11:00am if she has a doctor or hairdresser appointment at 9:30 am there is no way to clock in. if we are out eating at 7:30pm and I am suppose to clock out at 7:00pm there is nothing on the app that allows for an adjustment. I have to turn in a progress report and explain why I missed the clock in or clock out time. even though I am with my client.

I absolutely hate this app. Constant problems with not being able to clock in and out. If you make an error, you're unable to correct. Not able to actually make relevant notes in app. Half the time the app doesn't even open. It just continually buffers. I have to actually be inside my clients home in order to (try) and clock in. I cannot stand outside of their door to clock in or out. I don't know who thought this app was a good idea, but they need their head examined.

Frustrating New Update! Lags constantly! It only gives you a few minutes to clock in and out. With it lagging so much, I struggle with clocking in at out. This morning it wouldn't let me clock in, again. It also says I didn't complete tasks from prior days, even though I had, and checked them off. In addition to that, it constantly wants to track me, even when I close the app. It wants to track my fitness, too! It wants constant access to so many things. App used to be helpful. Now, it isn't.

Edit: Since there seems to be no support for this app, I emailed to the developer to ask for help. My email immediately bounced back, showing the true email. It's Outsourced. After the last update, the Agency ID constantly disappears. When prompted to write notes, I have to type it in at least 2x for it to save in the right place. If I'm busy with my client and clock out 2 minutes late, I'm clocked out of my shift. This app takes up a lot of time and should be simpler to use.

Meh... it's an odd little app. It doesn't log me in at nor inside of the client's home. I have to be at the neighbor's door. It doesn't allow for extra time to log out with some of our most difficult client's. Could be the fault of our company. The tasks and survey seems to have been completely by a fifth grader. It has nothing to do with the actual client's do and don't. It list all of my male clients as women. Again could be an error that need special attention. Testing more functions.

I am editing my review to reflect the lack of communication from the developers and support staff. I have emailed support and attempted to utilize the chat option on the support page on the website. I was not successful as they are "offline". This is incredibly unprofessional. Since the last update on July 5th I cannot capture signatures to complete the clockout process. Please fix this bug as it is causing unnecessary stress to the caregivers in the field.
