Nice app in theory only. The app does not allow me to enter the meter reading into the app.EVER! I need to call by phone every single month. The customer service rep on the phone says that the app doesn't usually work but they prefer to have the customer call them anyway. She also says that there is a technical help number but that department refers the caller to Customer Service and Customer Service can't help. There you go!!!!!

This company is terrible so it makes sense that their app is also terrible. I have all permissions turned on but it won't allow me to upload a photo of my meter (which you absolutely must do unless you want to pay for estimated usage which is ALWAYS twice the actually usage). an error message states that permissions have been turned off and to turn them on in settings; I've checked it numerous times, they're on. The only thing you can actually do on the app is pay your bill so they get their $$$

Just installed and seems to be useless. Will not load at all - even after clearing cache and storage. Eventually it times out with a message "There was a problem communicating with Central Hudson. Please close the app and try again." Tried to help it along by disabling mobile and using only wifi. Same issue. This happens over and over, and I still have not successfully loaded the app.

This updated app is far worse than the old one. At least you could click the various icons (outages, payment, etc) on the old app, whereas now, you cannot. I had to go onto the website from my phone just to report an outage because I couldn't click it through the app. Absolutely terrible. Make changes quickly!

Had no issues with this app before, but i Just did an update now the app won't let me log in

Font is really big, unlike before the update. The app automatically logs you out once you close it which is a very big con for me. Can not open update your app settings. Only privacy info comes up. Some improvements like seeing your bill and if it is estimated or actual. Bottom line: released too soon, needs work. 👎

I didn't think they could make their app worse than what it was, but the new update is really disappointing. The UX is awful: things are hidden in confusing menus instead of on the home page and the back button closes the app instead of returning you to previous screen. Lame.

Works about as well as the company. It doesn't. App reminds you to do their job of enetering a meter reading but you have to do it 2 days prior to their "reading it". When I do, it claims there's an error. All I'm trying to do is this company's job so the least they could do is get an app that works better than the employees.
