The videos are great very clear it is very easy to position the camera on where you want to see and you can set different presets for different locations so you can change views any time you want this is all very foreign to me and I am still figuring out things but customer service has been very helpful and patient with me so it's been a good experience so far I'm very pleased with my purchase and being a single woman living in a shady part of town I feel 100 times better! Ty Tris!!!❤️

Worked fine a few days, now the app interrupts every few mins with an annoying message that says "You've been watching too long, take a break". This makes this useless as a real camera-monitoring app. Dissapointing. Please fix.

The latest upgrade only adds a constant aggressive ad, to push their cloud service, embedded in each camera's video display, so to view any camera's live or recorded feed is to also endure this ticker ad, dead center of the screen. I own 5 cameras and can awaken them only about 5% of the time, after repeated attempts, using this app. They need to invest more in improving this app and less time designing unavoidable hard-embedded ads when you use the app. 😡

Great camera for watching my furry friends when they're home alone. I have a pretty basic version, but it can send my phone notifications, it has black and white night vision capability, and a mic I can use to talk to the pets if they're getting into something they're not supposed to. Also has SD card storage or cloud storage capabilities.

Overall,rather poor camera. I'm unable to turn the light on at night. Directions were followed as best as possible but my app isn't the same as shown in instructions. Also, it fails to speak when wire is tripped and also fails to send push notifications when trip wire was activated

Was excited to get the baby monitor camera to see what my pets are up to during the day. Upon trying to configure it, it kept saying my WiFi password is incorrect because it "doesn't recognize special characters" according to their troubleshooting instructions. Will be returning it.

Product and app are trash. Videos are unwatchable. Sound quality is 80s tv static. I wish I could return this garbage

the cameras worked well for about a week, then the images sent to my phone slowed down. I mean it took almost a minute to get the images, and the sound is intermittant. I tried using their chat but no one responded. I now have two useless camera's. I do not recomend these cameras to anyone.
