The download button does not function, so can't download the PDFs and all. Please provide option for notifications, does not show notification for new messages.

I am giving it a 1 star 'cause I can't give less than that.It tells us to update unusually a lot of times for no reason and if we don't we can't access the app.The message column doesn't work.The message we get are vanished or deleted.It doesn't even have an option to change our details in the profile area.There is a lot more to say.I will never recommend this app to any institutions.My school has paired up with them and it's very irritating.

There is an update request everyday. Are the developers and the testers aware of how the updates should be planned and when and how frequently they can send the changes to live production systems? Worst experience. This app is used only for sending circulars. All other features are useless.

While it is good tip see school is adapting to technology and this app has many good features. the biggest challenge I'm facing is to log out each time to go to the profile of the other child. App allows only one child. If there is an option to just switch between profiles would be helpful. plus notifications, I get only for the profile logged in at that time. Ability to navigate to different student siblings profiles and allowing notification from all logged in profile will be very helpful.

Message notification are not working. Every time have to open the app and check the messages.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever seen. We receive daily updates, but there is no option to add a second child. To do this, we need another device or have to log out and log in again with a different admission number. Starting today, we are unable to open PDF files. Please fix this issue.

Not very user-friendly, it's very slow.. can't reach out to the teachers or management. It only keep asking for update but no performance improvements
