I have used the Welcome app for airport pickup and drop off services in Hong Kong, Kenya, Amsterdam, Sri Lanka, and Jordan, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The app is incredibly user-friendly, making booking a breeze. Each time, the drivers were punctual, professional, and friendly, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, and the drivers were knowledgeable about the local areas, providing great tips and insights.

It's okay. Hard to reach someone live in the support center on the weekend while in the midst of traveling. Hard to make edits to your transfer with 12 hours. Drivers cannot assist either. Online chat kept crashing. Needs lots of work. Otherwise, when things are running well, service is great.

I made a booking and I did a mistake on my dates.. 1) no one picks up on the phone number that they provide.. and on the chat after waiting long enough they said that they don't give any refunds if you cancel in less then 24hours.. thats like stealing.. since I maid the booking 4 hours before the pickup time and I canceled some minutes later . So if you do a mistake you lose all your money..

The app is pretty user-friendly Each time I've used the service all the drivers were very friendly and helpful with our luggage and transportation needs. Most importantly they were always on time and tracked our flights as mentioned. It was helpful when the meeting points had pictures to match up with the description

No support when you need to change the pickup time to an earlier time. You can only then cancel and not get a refund. I tried all options to chat, email support l..gave them over 6hours to respond and got nothing. I waited until I arrived at the airport hoping to receive an update by them but nothing. I finally cancelled. Even contacting the driver via text or call was useless as the call was always busy and got no response via text. For another pickup I also never got refunded for their err

Unreliable service. Assigned driver was switched three times after booking, including immediately prior to scheduled pick up time. No response from attempts to communicate with drivers and unable to track via the app as described. Gave up and booked an Uber which arrived in 3 minutes.

I highly recommend this service to other travelers needing to get from point A to point B in a prompt and professional manner (hotel in London to London Gatwick). I made a booking well in advance and was informed about the driver details like name, photo, and type of car a few days before the service. This service gets extra points from me for helping me out when I accidentally left my passport, phone, and wallet in the driver's car! Enormous thanks to the customer service agent and our driver!

The absolute worst service ever. Due to delays that are out of our control (passport control was very slow with a lot of people waiting) , we were left stranded at the airport with no pickup, at a late time, with a small child. On top of that, the driver had the audacity to mark us as a 'no show', so we could not even apply for a refund. At first he agreed to come back to pick us up at an additional fee, and kept us waiting longer before canceling. Would never use this service again
