Overall the app works fantastic , the only isues I see is there is no much work available and the very low pay . If the work and pay gets better this will be one of my best option to book loads in a future but no for now .

Company profile is not editable once set up cant see if my banking information is current in the app. Paperwork upload feature does not allow to attach scanned file or photos from phone gallery too bad because my railroad hub in Jersey City do not print paper tickets and most drivers just make pictures of information on monitor when finishing order its problem (I had to print photo of the ticket from my phone and make a picture again to be able to complete order). Appointment time is for receiver

Limited loads,no notification option when new loads are posted.Unless you sit for hours clicking refresh,and book a load within 5 seconds of it hitting the app you won't make money with this. Missing payroll statements for over a month no one will send them. Missing payment for detention on a couple loads they refuse to pay me for. We have sent texts, called, emailed, filled out claim forms and im just ignored. Have had some success but is it worth all the drama? Wish there was a 0 star option.

Old one is better the app right now is hard to use you have to login and log out when you refresh a few times going to my trip can not see anything and you have to logout and login back to see the trip that is not good for the driver and for the detention I added it doesn't show I have to call a very time it is wasted my time and need to fixing it

The app is very easy to use and staff are very professional. However the local rates in Los Angeles are subpar, to put it nicely. More value should be given to the Motor Carrier's Time Equity, time spent in traffic to pickup and deliver the loads instead of the heavy weighted value on the short distance.

Constant problems: 1. Appointment times never updated 2. Never matches the numbers you put in the second time 3.Old loads still on the board 4. Theyv'e had numerous drivers unable to download BOL etc etc
