I love how you have optimized the app, it now takes less memory and has less bugs plus the interface is just amazing and user friendly , i'm actually impressed. I can't stop surfing the app and just viewing the stuff, although i'm not going to mix any bundle whatsoever due to incredibly hight costs, like seriously, it's too expensive. i will just use it for normal stuff like just transferring airtime, overscretched cards etc, but never going to mix until the prices reduce, thank you.

This App is giving us problems again. It's no longer opening for us to log in. Each time I try to open it, it fails to show the account balance saying a note, "Getting balance failed." So please help on that one. Please may you give us an updated version because we can not operate under such circumstances and we are missing a lot on the internet because of the failure to purchase different types of bundles that it comes with. Please help us ASAP.

A good app to bargain especially on voice and data packages. however, the app needs improvements. whenever I change phone amd download the app from googleplay store the app doesn't open. currently it isn't opening.

The app needs to be updated for Android 11. The app does not even start on any phone using Android 11. In order to buy bundles I have to log in on my old phone. Android 11 has been available for almost a year now and it's embarrassing that the developer hasn't updated this app. Another feature that is absolutely necessary is the ability to stay logged in, it's really annoying having to log in whenever I open the app.

If using android 12 this application does not work. Econet guys please help. Its saying there is a bug service provider has to update the application to be compatible with anderoid 12. Please help The application needs to be compatible with our devices for us to enjoy the application. Now we have to resort to using our old phones just to buy data bundles whichnis troublesome and tiresome as we need to constantly change sim cards from one device to another. Kindly fix the bug issue

Useful App but forcing users to update whether they want to or not is very frustrating especially if I need to use the App to convert the data bundle. There are also times when it won't log in saying wrong PIN when I know it's correct because I will be using auto fill for my passwords. Please fix those areas.

Finally, an app that allows me to control how much I spend on voice, text and data... at lower cost than the conventional methods of payment for the services. I lobe thr fact that I can buy airtime on credit and still be able to split it up as I like. Keep up the good work Econet.

A very good application. Been using for two years now but has been recently crushing on trying to open with a message that it has a bug, may you please kindly update it. I have also noticed that the problem is affecting most of those with android 12 platforms.
