Unreliable - don't waste your time. Seemed like a good idea so tried it. App worked, service did not. Booked snow clearing service through this app, received confirmation immediately that a contractor accepted, later received a time window, but nobody showed up and no notification of cancellation received. 24 hours later and starting over, but not with this app.

Horrible. We requested snow removal service before 9am. At 1pm someone accepted and gave a window of 3-7pm. They didn't show up until 8pm and then plowed someone else's driveway. We tried to contact them but were not able to with the app. We tried to re-request service but were not allowed to do so because there was an "active job on the account." We called customer service and were initially hung up on. We called back and they told us there was nothing they could do to get our driveway done.

not wel thought out. it expects people to first give address and pay, with out actually confirming that they service your area. there should be a list of served areas or service map in app, or web site, and there isn't. They want your money before they know they can serve you. even if they could serve me, this isn't giving me a good feeling. Also, asked for credit card number before giving price. shady

The landscaper who came to trim our trees did a fantastic job. This is really a great app for landlords. Pictures of post-job work for approval before you pay so you don't have to drive all the way out there to check it. We did have some challenges with the app trying to figure out where to put the promo code though (tip: you have to enter it before you create the job. It's not when you accept the job or when you pay)

Very bad customer service. They didn't come on the day they said they would come. The grass cutting guy just randomly showed up one day. And then I saw in the app that they had added some extra services in my job request page with out my consent. So I messaged them since I didn't find any option in the app to cancel some additional services they added on. They didn't respond at all and charged me for the services I didn't ask for. I don't recommend them at all.

So I downloaded this app thinking it was free and it's not. As soon as I put in my card info it's charge me 1.00. Never booked a service because wasn't sure it would cover my area and the coverage is very vague on the first page "and suburbs" if someone signs up and you don't cover the area something should pop up and say right away. Furthermore if the app is useless due to no coverage you should refund the 1.00 you charge.

Two days after a snow storm and still no one has come to clear it, nor has the app connected me with a contractor. When you call the service people on the phone have no knowledge and can offer no help, they tell you they can't do anything because they don't work for the company and only pass messages on to Eden, who don't respond at all. This is an incompetent service, and the app itself is so basic that it's hard to know if it's even working. Save yourself and stay away.

Terrible experience. Paid for the snow removal service and no one ever called or showed up. Tried calling and got automated responses to use the app. 6hrs later I just used another service and they showed up in 30 minutes. Don't recommend this app service at all.
