The PASS App has proven to be one of the most frustrating and ineffective applications I've used. It incessantly blinks and vibrates on my phone, causing significant battery drain and frequently disrupting other apps I try to open. This constant interruption makes it nearly impossible to use my phone efficiently. I strongly urge the developers to address these issues promptly, as the app's current state is not only inconvenient but also detrimental to the overall user experience.

I have been using passcare for months and I have noticed some shortcomings in the system. It does not allow the carer to know the number of hours worked per day, per week and even per month.

Utterly dismal and not fit for purpose. I've built my business around Pass and we've been loyal customers since the early days. However, the new version is an unmitigated disaster. It just doesn't work. I've had staff calling me in tears of frustration because they can't log in and in one incident, medication that had been stopped due to a severe allergic reaction, magically reappeared on a client's care plan. Unforgivable. My staff and clients deserve better and I will be migrating elsewhere.

This is the worse piece of software that I have ever come across in all my years of training software users in different industries around the UK, now working in the care industry and using Pass as a tool, it is a disaster, absolutely shocking that a company can release software that has so many issues that they think they can get away with. It is absolutely appalling. When you login on the app it is hit or miss whether you can write notes on a care client file. Continued...

Something wrong with your app i can't sign in to any calls its still on last night's call that i finished.

I don't like this app at all. It's far too time consuming when time is already tighter than tight!! If you accidentally tick a task you can't change it, If a service user changes their mind you can't change it, if I want to see previous visits, I have to keep loading the page, if I want to go back to see another previous call, it takes me back to the beginning to start over!! Not all previous calls are available to see, meaning I could be missing vital information. Terrible app, too many issues!

Frustrating. If you accidentally click a task as done, but it's not, you can't change it back. Can't easily cancel a visit like you could before, you have to go into each task on the visit and click "not done" with a reason. Can be time consuming if there's a lot of tasks in that call. Previous app could just go back and cancel visit with 1 click. Positive feature is the setting a PIN ability. UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE. you still can't change a task to not done if you accidentally clicked done. 🤷

Would have to improve tenfold just for it to get to useless. Not user friendly at all. Can't log out of a call, so haven't been able to log into other calls, have uninstalled and reinstalled, and am still logged in. Edited to reply. It won't let me log out of the call, all it has now done is looks like I am there for 2 support visits as well as the original call. And won't let me start any scheduled or unscheduled calls. Even before this problem arose it was not user friendly in anyway at all.
