The app is full of glitches and it doesn't let you upload files. I have tried more than 10 times to upload file through web and mobile app but nothing helps. It shows error and asks to try again. It's really time taking and there's no way to know whether the documents are uploaded or not. Please look after these problems first then bring up new updates. Thank you!

please make software smooth for sync/upload and download the data.very bad Experience at barhait block district Sahibganj. After very hard visit work output going on zero. Because store data is not uploading/syncing properly.if one time data not synced then the visited work of this day has gone useless.

The new version update 2.2.5 which I updated on 27.4.23 is good but there is a problem in GPS location. The apps always shows the location distances 400m to 500m even if I tried so many times . With this version I am not able to maintain the 100 m distances . New version 2.2.6 which I updated on 8.5.2023 the GPS location always shows 500-600 m . On 25.12.2023 ver 2.2.7 app is working in proper way with 10 m acrcy, attendance report in very convenient in pdf format.

App was not opening when I wanted to log in for my attendance. That costed my attendance for today. I am unable to change my mpin too. Lots of glitches like these. If you want to give our salary on the basis of the attendance through this, then improve the app and the service. 18/09/21 Updated the app to the latest version, but is not even opening. My anroid is the latest version, so for sure there is no problem with the phone.

Baddest app i have used , the devloper of this app doesnot know well about app development. It does not works properly even in good connection . I have tried several times to update my information but it always shows error. There are many bugs and error in this app. I cannot imagine how could goverment make such a big mistake. would rate it 0💫 even -10 💫 if there was an option. Please make this app better and remove the bug and fix the errors. This app is ridiculous

Login session gets stuck... Once logged out from phone, in the same phone it says you have logged in from other device.. I cannot login again. Also, the reset doesn't work as no OTP gets delivered.. It should be improved... There is no help also or how do I file a request....it is a siple use case of phone change or relogin, it should have worked like a charm.. is anyone around to help.

The app doesn't even open on some phones. Tried updating my profile on the previous version since past few weeks, the updated version doesn't even open. I don't know how will I upload the document if the deadline to do so is just the day after tomorrow. Please fix or provide a link.

Such a poor application! Terrible experience. Though the network in my area is excellent but it takes a decade to log in properly. After logging in, no file(certificate) is uploaded properly(pdf less than 1MB size).
