I found it difficult to pay my bill at a certain time, I tried at 5:45 on a Sunday morning and I couldn't pay it I kept on putting my banking information in and they said it was already stored in my wallet then I tried a little after 6:00 am and the system took it ,why can't i pay my bill anytime i see it.

I like being able to pay with an app, but the app is frequently down. It requires two factor authentication, but doesn't link to an app so I have to get a code via text message and it doesn't send it right away even though the code is only viable for 5 minutes. I don't understand why they make giving them money so difficult.

EDIT: last update broke this. Now it says usage will be available when they have two months of usage - been a customer for YEARS. It's shocking how bad this app is considering our rate cost. Original: this isnt an app anymore. It doesnt show any information except the bill. There is no usage information after the last update. Doesn't remember log in information. No biometrics. Outdated and bad. Its really just a glorified redirect to a browser. This isn't a useful app at all.

I'll give Peco at least two stars because the app works. they only get one star now that I think about it. they charged me a $2.25 convenience fee. PECO calls it a convenience fee. it's convenient for Peco to make an extra $2.25 off of a working man that is broke anyway in a world where it's hard to make a dollar they want to charge me a convenience fee. thank you Peco

I have my notifications set up to be notified when my bill is ready to view. I received a push notification that my bill was ready. However, when I log into the app to set up payment, there is no bill to view. I have tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing changes. I have been having this issue ever since PECO had their account number update. 👎☹️

It hasn't worked properly for awhile. It takes a long time to update that you've paid a bill. The PDF of the bill fails repeatedly. I have tried this app on multiple devices and the only thing that always works is the pay bill option. I contacted customer service 2 months ago about these issues and still haven't heard anything.

Making payments are super easy with this app. I dont know how people paid bills without this. I love the option to pay as much as the minimum amount or maximum. I can see what we use each month, when our usage changes and how much without guessing through paper bills. Its amazing extremely helpful and it sends reminders so you never miss a payment. All in my favorite place my phone and tablet.
