It's not a good experience with this app. When you pair toys with your partner, there are a lot of glitches if they try to control your toy, and you try to control theres at the same time. The app is not intuitive to the user. This app needs a lot of reworking to get it to be worth the price of the toys associated with it. I have toys and apps from their competitors. I am very pleased with the competition ease of use of their apps.

The app used to work fine for controlling the device but now as soon as I connect to the keon it crashes with a whole list of issues. Another downside that really makes me question using it is that location has to be enabled and you have to log in just for simple control. The ability to connect two devices over distance could be better, the feel me feature worked on from Fuse to keon but not the other way, the buttons on the Keon controlled the fuse vibration but not the motion on keon.

Downloaded this app because the other one was having connectivity issues, added a partner from their request but wont show up on the list. Sent an email out in hopes that it gets resolved.

This review is based more on the Feel Connect application than the actual device. It is very fun to use the manual mode to control on your phone instead of using the device for controls. The media tab had 3 movies on it. The KEON responds well to what is going on in the movie. If the woman goes slower the Keon goes slower. If she goes faster the Keon goes faster. Loved this app and all its features until it logged me out one day, and I have not been able to log back in since, which means I can't use the majority of the features like connecting to a partner. I've tried updating, reinstalling, restarting phone, clearing cahes, and installing on a different phone, to no avail. Whenever I try to log in it just gets stuck loading. Tried contacting support ages ago but haven't heard anything, so I'm really disappointed.

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. Mine work just perfectly (with Keon) though there are issues but it's not on the feelconnect side to blame for example: videos on website aren't well scripted so the movement can be weird. But overall, had no trouble connecting. They even show you how much battery you have on your device that you bought which is an extra point!

Overall works well with one major complaint, the video download function lies. Or at least doesn't do what it should. I had my suspicions this was the case, so I downloaded a video, waited for it to complete, then disconnected from the internet both data and wifi and I could not watch the video at all. Ergo, the video is still trying to be streamed, not played from the download. Edit in response to devs; just knowing that it's noted and being worked on is all I need to hear. Thanks!

This app is good but has the potential to be great. If they remove the need to stream the videos it would be great, otherwise it works good given that it's an app to control your device. My favorite is pairing with my wife's device in order to experience pleasure with one another while away from each other. It allows us to interact with one another on a more intimate level than just virtually or via phone. It also allows the device to sync to the videos for that personal touch.
