This app is good, I use it, the branch card is wonderful, I get to pick which Warehouse I want to go to and what routes I want... Get paid the same day after completing routes it's a lot of walking and not all elevators work in every apartment complex but the 2-hour window that they give you is where you can work it just don't ever cancel a gig in the app less than 6 hours prior to the start time

Have to go through support to get paid and have to use their own service for payments. App is glitchy must be restarted constantly. Claimed blocks get constantly canceled due to "low volume" Also got penalized for being a few minutes late completing my very first delivery. In app training video doesn't work. Complete joke of a "service". Will enjoy watching them go bankrupt.

They deactivated my app for making a mistake. On paying me late Then making an excuse for it, and on top of that probably cause I haven't drove for them in 2 weeks because of it......This is definitely. Its not like DoorDash or roadie, or any other company that I've driven for. Although you're not exactly an employee, they expect you to pick up when they want you to pick up. Otherwise they'll deactivate your account.... sad right?

I arrive early for my first delivery, never got the chance to deliver nor did I get paid for waiting almost an hour. Decided to try again today since the block I chose went up to $70, which I needed. Still never got the opportunity to deliver. I will try one more time and if not, I'll try other delivery gigs

They want to be cheap basically lol. This app does not work at all pretty much a waste of time.i have been on the phone since 8 am trying to speak to an actual person about why I cannot pick up shifts. Emailed support multiple times. Its 1 pm still no help but they keep emailing me about shifts to work today. They wanted to be cheap developing this app and it shows. Even more issues trying to set up everything for pay as well. Cannot get in contact with actual people so this is fun.

GLOBAL CITIZEN

I wouldn't recommend these people for anyone looking for a side gig. The warehouse can remove your block and give it to a preferred driver they like and tell you the volume is low. Their app is not user-friendly

*** Edit 2020-06-24 *** For folks confused by the "you must be a driver" message, the problem is that there's a separate app called "Fetch Resident" that does not show up in the top search results. I'm sure some people have already figured this out, so this is to help dummies like me. The resident app works fine, so I'm giving an improved rating.

The app will not load anymore I load it up one time since I started the service it's a white screen all I see is log out and that's it I've already forced closed it and everything and cleared cash and logged out an back in and still nothing and when I said blocks are dropped when I go to check on it second after a notifies me there's nothing there it won't even load the blocks neither
