It's the worst courier ever. I bought sports clothes online, and the company uses this incompetent courier. They left the package in front of a mailbox next to a main entrance, and it was stolen. We have locker rooms at our building, and all courier uses them to deliver. Submit a claim with them, and they stated that it was delivered correctly. Please stay away from using this company, and if you are in the process of purchasing online, you see they will use Fast Horse cancel immediately.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Fast Horse Express employer that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Their unprofessional behavior was simply unacceptable. Overall, my experience with Fast Horse Express was marked by unprofessionalism, tardiness, and disrespect. Unable to deliver my package because the recipient couldn't get contacted? Lol I was home all day and didn't receive a single call or text. There is no update after the first delivery attempt and it's been more than 4 days. Has no address or phone number to contact customer service to ask what's going on. This is just a scam

Find my missing package! This company is bs. The drivers don't actually deliver the packages. They mark it undeliverable and then delete the information from the tracking system. And there is no way to contact them because they don't respond to emails. You guys basically stole from me!!!!

Their courier took my parcel to the wrong address and left it on the street -- they stuffed it down the side of a bin. I never got the parcel. And now the support team offer no assistance, they just send words from a script. Disgraceful.

Horrible company with scammy drivers. Customer service doesn't exist, since they can't be contacted. The driver marked my parcel as undeliverable even I was home the whole time. Eventually it got returned to the sender and there was nothing I could do about it and no-one I could speak to.

If you are not from their country, (South Asia) they don't approve your driver application. In their website says to be approval 10 days, but they refused my application 6 months. They are racist. If possible to give zero or minus stars, I could to give. This is minimum 1 star unfortunately
