I have no beef with the app and apart from needing a touch more suspension in the back for bumpy pavements, they are generally superior performing machines to the competition. The footbed feels shorter than Lime somehow. I'd use Flamingo more but as an adhoc user, I need more flexible cost options like a 30 or 60 minutes pass as I can't commit to 3 day's 60 minutes, so it seems like a waste.

It works, best escooters available, easy to park. Speed limits can be low on some roads where they should not be and fast on pavements.

I’ve been using the Flamingo scooter for a while now, and it’s been fantastic! The ride is smooth and comfortable, and the design is both stylish and functional. It’s also incredibly convenient for getting around the city. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable and fun way to commute!

my only complaint so far is that they all seem to be gathered at the waterfront all the time. wish I could find them spread around town more.

The app and software are easy and intuitive, the hardware is reliable. My first time using Flamingo, I have been doing so few times over few weeks: very satisfied. No reservations so far. All good here in Wellington, NZ. Edit: I really love the service, 100% satisfied. Update: lately, their scooters have been a bit tired and unreliable. I hope they will go back to the great service I used to love...

The app is fine, but Flamingo is too expensive. FYI the interface for entering your date of birth is confusing but you just need to tap the year and you can enter the year. From other reviews it seems other people couldn't figure it out. There is one other operator in the city, they are exactly the same cost. Both too expensive. Not worth it
