App works fine for me, but there are a couple of improvements in functionality that I hope can be included in the future to make it more useful: 1. There is a barcode scanning function already on the app, so why not allow a scan & go feature like Sam's Club? No more waiting in line to pay for your groceries during in-store visits. 2. I'd really like to see a feature that allows members to do in-app purchases instead of having to go into a separate web browser for delivery or curbside orders.

Useless functionality compared to other grocery store apps. Can't redeem Maika'i points, need to do so only at checkout. But a lot of the times, the cashier never reminds me that I have enough points to redeem. So I lose out on time sensitive rewards. If I want to redeem, I'll have to go back and make another purchase. A big problem if you realize this as you're unpacking your groceries at home.

Ok since the new update, app now looks beautiful. Much needed improvements. Couple of concerns. One is the scanner. When trying to scan items for price check, it only shows regular price and not the maika'i sale price. I know for a fact that this is not a problem on iPhones. Works flawless on the iPhone. iPhone app also shows maika'i weekly specials. Devs needs to update quickly to catch up with apple. Will give it 5 stars once that's fixed.

Foodland amazing, but app and new rewards program are terrible - something is broken and isn't allowing our old member numbers to transfer over to new program. When we transfered over to new rewards program it said successful, but open app and it says to re-register and app doesn't recognize old number and won't let you bypass to get to your account. So you can't access the barcode for the clerk to scan. My wife finally gave up and gave a new phone number to keep getting the instore savings.

Can't opt in for digital rewards, says to link my card and then confirms its linked but I never see the scannable card like the old app and never see my rewards. I just keep getting a message I need to link my card which it keeps confirming I did Haven't been able to use the app since I downloaded this version back in September 2021.

App is terrible. Keeps giving errors and kicking me out. Can't view weekly ad. Won't allow without seeing home store but can't do that because of errors. Also there's a bunch of phony 5 star reviews to keep the average up. Quit lying and fix the app!

Something is seriously wrong with this app. I cannot log into it. It keeps saying username or password is wrong. However, I can log on on a browser just fine. I just can't change my maika'i account number via the browser. (You keep crediting the wrong account!)

Always crashes when trying to redeem a reward, then I get charged full price for the product. Happened on multiple occasions. Junk app that makes you buy food that you thought you were getting for being a loyal customer. I don't recommend it at all.
