Unable to view feedback (specifically those left on one star reviews) from customers, but apart from that pretty good. The call to fetch order history is a tad slow, I would optimise that. The clickable area for expanding the individual order In the order history is too small.

I used this app first tir today as an employee and this application is useless for every user and rider not proper working, not proper user friendly, not a Google map proper working, really every functionality is bad and sucks 😔. Very disappointed application i have seen ever.

Dumbest Delivery App 1.Drains Battery like hell 2.No dark theme and blue plus white theme sucks. 3.Location of rider is not accurate 4.And that annoying bell! A Developer could easily fix all this, just by brainstorming or survey from users.

Probably the worst experience I have made with a riding app. Switching from the Gorillas Rider app to this, was a major downgrade. The app crashes, is slow and destroys your battery.

Apparently the app is made by some IT students, not by professionals, as the are mistakes nearly on every step you use the app, even the interface is ugly!

Terrible with navigation at my job work phone keeps giving wrong house number and I have to deliver in minutes wasting time fixing the house number all the time.

Extremely anoying order notifications. Poor transparency of customer data (Name, address...)

FIX the Date, its Saturday but in the TIPS page its saying it is Friday. Correct it. On Batch Orders cannot see and choose which Order to deliver first, ADDRESS Number of customer should be on the screen full-time.
