If bluetooth is on then it drops the mic mid cinversation. I have to switch back and forth between speaker and hands free to make it work. If my face hits another screen it cuts out the mic and they can't hear me. I have to be on data to see who is calling. I randomly get logged out. there's a ton of things wrong with this that could have been fixed before rolling it out. I get the idea of it but I think this app is trying to do too much. Just focus on my calls, text and sms.

Here's 6 reasons I left Conversations: 1. You can't dial out to the Conversations app when tapping a phone number. 2. You can't copy/paste a phone number in the dialer. 3. You have to manually sync contacts each time you create a new one. 4. You can't search conversations in "Conversations" to find old texts. Ironic... 5. Selecting a contact to message doesn't bring up their conversation history. 6. Last but not least, it's more than 3x the cost of SmartLine with half the functionality.

this app is absolutely terrible. constant issues, also they recently removed texting. I can no longer send text messages without having to pay an expensive application fee and also putting a bunch of personal information, that I did not want to put. I live off grid and do not even have an address, and they won't let me sign up to send text messages without an address. this is my business phone line number and now this app has caused me only issues. stay away. I hate this app with a passion.

Update as of 11/4/24. Smart watche is connected to the phone, The smartwatch will ring but not the phone so I am unable to even answer on my phone. If I answer the call on my smartwatch then the audio runs through the smartwatch. I am seriously considering canceling my service because this app is the world's worst communication app I've ever seen in my entire life. If I could rate zero stars I would at this point.

After they changed from smart line to conversations, I am in frustration! The app is horrible! I generally can't answer calls, people cannot hear me if the app is in background or the screen of the phone gets dark or when I answer a call from my car, people can't hear me. It's so annoying! Another thing, when I am talking on the phone using any line (cell or app) and I have another call coming to my business number it's doesn't notify me that I have second line call and I can't answer....

Worst app!! Not sure why they did away with smartline but usually when a company tries to upgrade it makes it better. I used smartline for my business but I'm going to have to find another app. Godaddy you dropped the ball with this one. I can not continue using this troubled app at the expense of my business. The functionality of this "conversions" app is simply trash and my business suffers. I have to make unnecessary changes because of this cumbersome app. FAILED

This app is absolutely horrendous! The previous app worked so much better and much more fluid. This app has a hard time syncing messages and phone calls and takes a long time to load in order to access the app. I use this app as a business line and business messaging and it makes operating my business much more difficult. If this app does not improve, I am going to have to find another solution. Please improve this immediately! GoDaddy is a multimillion-dollar operation, fix this!!!!!

I have used the other version of this service which was "Smartline" ever since they switch to this app have been nothing but issues. I got logged out of the app and I can't log back in. I keep getting "an Error has occurred, please try again later" is been 2 weeks since I been logged out and is not my credentials.
